There is too much randomness to this game. A bad miss with an attack that hits 95% of the time, a lucky stun or interrupt that only land 30% of the time, or a proc from an artifact makes all the difference and can totally negate player skill.

So would you just take a beating if she went long and wait for an opportunity to get back to close? I guess 1v1, only ray of light is that damaging long so there's not much to worry about if she moves long.

I've noticed (on both sides of the equation) that the best card to come up v. VV is a character with high physical resistance. I'm thinking Ashi, Oni, Helene, with the main problem being their inability to attack from a distance.

Since VV is the giveaway card, any thoughts on who the best 1v1 is against her? The close Amazons all have good physical D, but limited light D. Oni has best physical but is at a loss at range. Thoughts?

dzideck, your trio has weak long range...CC is only good at long range against Solomon. yoshiro's range attacks are kinda weak for so much energy but if he went against any great long range characters then he will get destroyed. ex.Anex

popo is kinda luck based...but then, this game is so luck based. i once dodged 5 attacks in a row as popo but recently i have been 1hit koed as popo...last game the guy got a crit on me as VV while i had elusive feather. i dont like helnne very much though

The cards are all designed to be like equally strong, but all of them have there own weaknesses/strengths, and some are just easier to use effectively than others.

actually juju ubuntu and rumiko can be good in there own ways so dont tell people 2 aviod them if you dont like them because i can use all 3 effectivly

Juju, Ubuntu and Rumiko are definatly the characters players should avoid, while Helene, Ambrosia and Popo are all excellent choices and at least one of them should be included in a deck.
