swishscoop: the rng creates a single number for both hit and crit. So, popo's slingshot misses 40%, hits without crit 10%, and hits with crit 50%

does anyone know how critical percentages work? is it an absolute value or a proportion of the hit rate? (ie. does slingshot crit 50% of the time or 30%?)

CS with GoS kills both VV and Anex. Ubuntu does 8 rain dances then dies.
