It's not even about being manly! It's about growing up! What's the point in freaking out every time you see a picture of a scantily clad or well endowed girl in a public setting? There is none, so just relax; seeing things like the girls in this game will have NO negative effects on you WHATSOEVER! And if the problem is that it makes you uncomfortable, then you really need to just not play if it's that terrible for you.
