Lot's of fun. The randomness and the tinkering are the best parts of this game. Needs much more content, perhaps a sand box mode?

The author has nailed down a unique theme for his games, and as with Codex I'm quite hooked. Unfortunately, as with Codex, instructions are spare to nonexistant, and in this game even more than Codex, that requires a great deal of tinkering (or researching) before you can even begin to properly play the game. 3/5

It'd be nice to see the schematics of your opponent after you win (that is, if they play by the same rules). Looking forward to some more levels.

The music is amazing. More levers, more pipes, etc... I think it's fine, plenty friendly. It would be better if you could control more than one lever, maybe keyboard controls during fights.

Fantastic game! I've only done the first two levels but the second one was a challenge. I agree that it could use a little more polish (took me forever to realize that I needed to drag the level UP instead of down), but overall it's really well done. It's amazing what you can do with such a limited selection of components, and the steampunk-much theme is brilliant. Great job!

It's for people who are willing to take the time to experiment with everything, as well as understand the whole steam engineering. With a lack of any real indepth tutorial its hard to recommend this game to the average gamer.

This game is very original. I wish there is a second version of it with improved mechanics. A wider variety of pipes and valves could be neat, for example: we could be able to control more than one lever and thus make our mech more "agile", as it is. Very, very good work. :-)

Good concept! However I agree with many of the comments about lack of user friendly. However things like one-way valves etc would make the repeating rifle easier to function (and more likely as a mechanism). Some interesting things could be done with venturies and such like also.

this game rocks i love the fact that if you lose its bacause of you so when you win you feel so proud 5/5 for originality 4/5 for gameplay its a but chunky but i would i overlook that, 5/5 for awsomeness

phuck this game...this is the worst game i have ever played wtf how is any1 that is not a steam engineer gonna know how this chit works

for the repeating rifle to work use a fuse valve to set the fire power and a control valve to change to reload or fire mode

Game is too easy. After you have the cannon, you just use two cannons and nothing else (you do not even have to move!
Just steam->volume->gage (60)->2steamvents+cannon
on each side

Finished. I found that a bazooka+saw is the best way to win 3rd and 4th chapter :D good game, please make a mute for all sounds, i wanna rerate it :(

lol took me SO long to figure how to play, and what to do, need better instructions next time.. maybe a bit longer, and LOL was the levels easy after figuring how to crouch and fire two rifles at the same time, last boss i didnt even realise was a boss...

Awesome game concept. There aren't nearly enough battlebot-type games for it to even have a subgenre. One problem: poor instructions. REALLY POOR INSTRUCTIONS! Author: If you read your comments, PLEASE save the audience some time by providing us a basic guide of your robot's operations. It doesn't have to include every item, but just explain it overall. I spent nearly a half-hour just fiddling around trying everything to make it work, until I realized that the instructions were spread out in different areas, instead of most games that have it in ONE AREA. Great game, though. Too bad I'm now out of time for today to play it.
