I really like this game, I look forward to the next episode. I think that maybe there should be a very brief tutorial for the basic weapons. The more complicated weapons reward for figuring out the system is the extra damage.
I ended up using a very simple 40psi fuse valve/repeater combo on both sides with the right side hooked up to kneel on control which did enough damage to win all the rounds easily.
Next episode could introduse upgrades such as increased space, bigger tanks more pressure or more complicated piping?

PS. COOL HINT:
if you put the control valve on the pipe that makes you crouch it makes you able to duck and unduck whenever!!! Just set it up right and everytime you activate the control valve you crouch.

PS. ppl use common sense if you need the cannon you have to store pressure and release in bursts its hard to understand at first but just mess around a little.

can some1 explain on my acoount? i come back to this game about once a month for 30-45 minutes and somehow i got to lvl2 a while back by fluke and now im stuck

It is well done and easy but took long time to understand how it works. Btw faild to understand the cannon the pressure just wont drop. I used a fuse valve can anybody tell me how to make it work i beat the game but never used the cannon

For starters If u want ur rifle to shoot use alternator valve (its in pressure valves)
u have to fit it so the steam from one boiler goes into a single pipe and double piped part fits the rifle. Then use the wrench and tune valve to 60.Remember to hit ur enemy u have to stay on ur feet

I really enjoyed it but agree it needs more instructions. I disagree that it needs more switches. It needs more automation - more pressure switches and such. Can't wait for the next one. hope it has more than 4 battles.

waaaaaaay too short and easy. just connect canons and you are pretty much done. cannon, two joint connectors, steam vents on them, pressure valve, steam collector thingy and pow 180 dmg!

This is a great idea, and the game was really fun, but it needs polishing. Being able to save the design, and ESPECIALLY having a hotkey for the lever as well as more than one controllable valve... these would greatly facilitate gameplay.

I enjoyed this game. I love engineering games/sims like this. I only have a few problems with it. It's too short, and I you should be able to transfer a design. My single design was able to wipe out most robots in two shots with the repeater rifle. 5/5, but if the implied sequel is made, I want to see the ability to save a design.

I love this game. Would really like to see a sequel.
I finally succeeded in beating the final level without taking any damage!! It took a lot of work. 2 automatic steam cannons and the a state machine for manually cycling between moving forward, moving backward, and crouching. I crushed the opponent during his second charge towards me.

Good Game, 4/5. For everyone wondering why the flamethrower stops working, it has a set amount of fuel, try looking at the gauge on it to see how much is left.

OMG i finally figured it out lolz first i learned how to make a semi auto repeter with the lever valv then a FULL AUTO repeter with the pressure valve (hint: top pipe for repeater loads bullet the bottem one fires it set the pressure valve for bottom one for high for slower shots but higher power)

Too easy, crouch and use spining blades (one switching between crouch and right blade, one on the blade and movement to the right (constant on the right) and voila!) The cannons and guns were fun to organize and use, but are not practical enough to beat the blades tactic. flamethrower needed more damage, they would have caused havoc to a steam engine! also, a bit too short. 3/5
