@CoolKyogre: The problem you are running into is a known one that is hinted at in the instructions (“placed one at a time”). You cannot have any extra atoms in the target circle at the same time, even if they are not dropped. When you drop the completed compound, one atom of the next one is overlapping the target circle preventing the dropped one from registering.

One of the funnest games I've ever played, with a great relaxing tune in the background. And yes, being a programmer or at least understanding the basics of programming helps quite much at first. If there's anything to complain about, it's that the game tends to lag a bit when animating (regardless of the quality setting). Nevertheless, great work! 5/5

winddrake: the implementation of a pause in one manipulator and an extend/retract in the other will take care of your error nicely :D
