Under rating threshold (show) @elsword matt can have gaia sword if you opened chests. It boosts power of earth attacks, making him do high damage. Use natalie to heal, and to heal only (unless we're not talking about epic dificulty, then attack sometimes). Use lance to buff matt (buy beers in item shop to buff his attack) or electric attacks. Using this I didn't have trouble on epic.
