@Crusader - Max out dispel and it'll remove all the +% buffs that the enemies give themselves (e.g. +Magic Attack), might also work on regen, but I can't remember. The lower levels of dispel have a smaller chance to remove buffs, but max is 100% chance. @Blame - Counter isn't a 100% thing otherwise it'd make the game too easy I think. Might be a 50% chance and can sometimes work twice in a round, you just have to be lucky.

Lot of people asking how to kill the Cosmic Monolith. Equip dark resistant gear, that's all really. Can also help on the Akron fight since the monoliths attack will hit everything, even Akron, and if you're being healed/taking little damage from dark then it can help you kill him.

The counterability on weapons is bugged, it doesn't activate from time to time plus if multiple enemies hit successively there is no counter at all. Otherwise great game 5/5 of course

just use dark resistant or items which are heavy on magic defence then just bomb and bind for lance thunder attacks for nattalie then just use heavy damagers for matt.on epic be sure to equip death resistant items or you are sure dead.

to kill the irritating cosmic monolith,keep using lightning attatcks and wear dark resistant armour and yer will be fine :P

The "cosmic monolith" is probably the strongest monster in the game... i guess you should buy the light staff and max it (shine with normal attack) or use the skull staff do doom it

If you are having trouble with the mammoth you have two options...
1. POISON!!! doesn't matter what you do as long as it has 9 poison stacks!
2. Grind until you are high level... make sure the mammoth isn't 5 levels higher than you

The best advice I can give is to scan all enemies immediatly and invest in a wide variety of elemental spells. With Matt you should upgrade nettle and have black fang equiped, with Natzz you pretty much NEED healmore and revive along with fire, ice and lightning. And with Lance you want to just invest in skills.

Just encountered the Nimbus staff which "boosts the power of Bubbles." Very nice... except you only get Bubbles from the Bubble Stones. Why isn't Bubbles one of Nat's spells?

This game is great. I love all of the pop culture and memetic references. My favourite so far is "The hardest metal known to man."
