@mardekfreek21, all i did was stack poison with matt, and use natt to heal, then use lance for support, extra damage or extra heals. Then after you stack the poison to 9, the mammoth gets like 20000 damage. Hope this helps.

I get akron down to 10000 health, he creates cosmic monolith and kills nats, the only person on my team with 100% dark resist, monolith kills my team.

Guys, stop complaining about the difficulty, because imo it is just right. All the difficulties up to hard are not too challenging (i beat hard mode without too much of a challenge, beat boss on my first try, and no it wasn't luck). you just got to learn the mechanics and inside out of armor and know what to equip at the right times. I haven't beaten epic mode yet, but there's a reason why it's called "epic". Just because you can't beat a boss level doesn't mean the game sucks and deserves a 1/5. Personally, i think this game deserves a 1337/5. Press + if you agree.

@ScytheKnight: The bosses are not impossible. Either you have skipped too many battles, or you are not using a correct strategy. I succeeded the game in Epic without farming once, I simply adapted my strategies. In this game, buffs and elements are very important. If a boss kills you in one hit, either you are underleveled, you are not equipping the correct stuff, you are not buffed, you let the boss buff itself (dispel it), or it's simply an attack that you must Defend against (in Tactics tab). Luck is not important if your strategy is good ennough. I also found the final boss worthy of being it.

The menu screen for the game looks a LOT like Tales of Symphonia, my favorite game ever. So for that, I must give this game 5/5!

OK I initially rated this as a 5, I had a blast! But I've since changed that to a 1.
Why? Because randomized neigh-impossible final bosses that can wipe out a party in a single turn are not fun, they are not clever, they are not deep or tactical. All they do is promote e-peen and L2P behavior from the 2% of players who have the sheer dumb luck to fluke through the battle without any of the collective circumstances that take out a party in a single turn.
Ohh and to give you an idea of what I think final bosses SHOULD be like if that 3 headed dragon, even a harder version of it, had have been the final boss I would have rated it a 15 out of 5.

The bad thing is if you fight a boss and you forget to scan it. you cant fight it again and you wont get the medal for scanning all of the monsters.

I spent few hours today playing this game. Game is for sure worth 5 stars, but when i got back home this evening i found out that ... MY SAVES DISAPEARED. What the &*%#?!
