I'm assuming you are fighting viking monoliths? If so, i have a simple solution. First, but the viking dress on Natalie.(If you don't have it go find it in the icey place) Then when it uses its freeze beam, the viking dress has counter freeze so she'll still be up. Then use purify to defrost Matt and Lance.(they will still get to attack)

Here's a tip for the Mammoth boss: Just use Nettle on him a dozen times. Since poison stacks and he's weak to poison, he'll take around 10,000 damage at least every turn, just from poison.

Quickest way to upgrade equipment once you've reached the sixth area: Step in the black hole and press space bar next to the bone dragon on square one. Fight the bone dragon with dark golem (130,000+ gold). Next room press space bar on bone dragon again. Fight with two bone dragons (200,000+ gold). Both battles won easily with holy and airstrike. Warp to town, forge, then repeat. Also don't forget your hidden chests next to the yellow & red stars! Happy gaming.

Haha... Thank god I'm not playing this game for completion, otherwize, I'd be rating it a 4 for the retarded impossible minigame at the desert level... 2 things make a game horrible in my opinion.. 1.Time trail ANYTHING. And 2.Something that forces you to be perfectionist at regardless of difficulty setting... Ironicly, all the mini games are consisted only of those 2 specific things...
