great game, but I think there should be an option after you beat the game to turn off the battle animations. they are good, but would speed it up a bit.

Use buffs, they are important. Start buffing reflex until you get 70%. Use Ragen to heal. Maybe som Flare to lower acuracy of anemys. Use Bless on mage. Guardian is good as well, but is only for one at a time. While buffing, use Poison Gas, seams to be really efective, might kill everone even before you star getting offensive. Then kill everything. If more come, you are already buffed, just kill them.

On Updates, Kupo707 says: "WARNING: Right click and go into settings, and change storage to unlimited, so you don’t risk losing saved games." So, if anyone don't wanna lose your data, better do this.

people are losing their save files all the time... wow.. i havent had a problem and ive got a 12 hr play time right now (got no life yeah) i have never had a problem.. but i kinda want a text based save (to put on notepad or something) love this game I actually like how the medals you get stay with you on newer save files, kinda cool how you dont completely start over so if you missed something before (like scanning a boss) you can make up for it there (also the advantage of knowing where all teh secret crates are) I havent beat the game yet :'( i barely scraped by the first dark monolith, ive got lance's dark resist at 130%, natz's death doom syphon and stun at 100%, matts dark at 110% and I STILL have problems on most fights in the volcano, is there anything else i should do to help? (i know theres fire stuff there too but natz is the only one who can get fire resist over 100% for me right now) i also have almost every skill maxed, any tips?

...I was up to the last part of the Hard difficulty, and suddenly all my save files are gone. 0_0 It's not that I mind playing this game again, but thank goodness I hadn't got as far as trying it on Epic...

I've been playing the game for about 5 days now and logged on today again to play it and my save file was gone... I've never had a problem with losing save files before and I'd put a lot of time into this. still a great game 5/5

can someone read these quoted things before adding another question about these? * limit breaks are charged by the red thing BELOW your hp, you have to buy a limit break skill first though....... * btw to kill dark monoliths, upgrade your weapons and armor that are resistant to dark and death element, doom too..... * top tip of all: to kill the 3-headed dragon easily, kill the healer first, then make the other 2 heads DIE AT THE SAME TURN, removing buffs from opponents and yourselves is crucial here too. * the above are 3 of the most commonly asked questions. =]

How can I reset special skills after (berserk, tera drill, ...) killing arkon? I can't choose player to use. They seem become a normal skill, although I checked reset skill in option.

Personally I didn't really like the new '3d' environment. I thought the previous version had more of it's own style, better suited to flash games. (If I want an RPG with moving around I'll play Dragon Age or something)
Still, good job on the graphics. 5 stars, it's just not my cup of tea anymore.

@SIclub:wrong. tera drill is best given to MATT since he has the most attack and can fully use its potential.
dont care about the fact that lance dont have any earth skills. he has tank support so he doesnt need such thing as "earth"

bonus skills are custom, but tips for them:
tera drill- best given to lance. matt has earth skills already...
meow meow- natalie. check walthrough for reason.
guardian- anyone. depends on playing style too, here:
best given to lance if you want matt to specialise in physical skills.
natalie not recommended though, because she should end up with more bonus skills, since they are mainly magic based. she also has most mp, making those skills not too mana costy.
matt- for me i realise he dies faster than the rest, so i dont give it to him much to avoid wasting his turn for a defence skill.
flare and syphon- natalie. ebf2 is a main reason, also like i said she should have more magic skills.

tip: the mage should have lvl 5 crystal staff, lvl 5 whitemage dress and lvl 5 star clips
matt:lvl 5 pirate gear
Lance: lvl 5 army jacket and lvl 5 chainsaw

@XarnVenomclaw:you tips are useful for beginners BUT its has some flaws. killing abyss at last is a pretty bad idea.
blaze would be best to kill last since you dont have to fear to be instantly killed by abyss no matter what.
secondly: i think using berserk hat on the last fight is stupid. matt should learn tera drill and max it. since the boss always buffs his defence and M-Defence this spell can unleash its full power with easily 80k dmg per usage. also if natalie and lance die you are screwed since you cant command matt to use coffees.

Most awesome RPG here. Mardek used to be the best RPG here but EBF3 beat it imho. The only gripe I have is with minigames they are annoyingly hard and you need medals :/
