Under rating threshold (show) yeah, if you could prevent the negative side effects of certain equipment then it would be overpowered. I still use the curse equips anyway since they're so powerful, and defense buffs quickly negate the curse for quite a while. And like Tarrock mentioned, over 100% to poison or burn will heal you instead, which can effectively be used as free regen.

Under rating threshold (show) @Coldfusion It is actually supposed to happen. There is a piece of equipment that poisons you, and if you have more than 100% resistance to poison it heals instead of doing damage.
