I found my lost saving a different way than most people since I use Windows XP I tried searching EBF4 or kongregate I got nothing. So instead I did this 1)I used search and typed in flash player 2) Patiently wait until the search is finished you should see two files named flash players search come up that look similarly alike (My computer is really old so that I saw it.) 3) Click on the one that will lead you to #SharedObjects. Now your gonna have to try both as one will will lead you to the cache while the other will lead you to the flash player own files for the program. 4)After entering shared objects search for assets.kongregate.com within #SharedObjects file (More easier if you have them ordered alphabetically so you can find it. 5)Click one it to enter it then you will see the file called gamez which you will copy. 6) Go back to #ShareObjects and find chat.kongregate.com and paste gamez there you will then receive a message that your overwriting it, click yes. Refresh browser

I find my lost savings! Here's the steps: 1.start a new game and save. 2. search "ebf4" is your computer, you'll find 2 folder containing saving files: assets.kongregate.com\gamez\0016\7318\live\EBF4.swf, and chat.kongregate.com\gamez\0016\7318\live\EBF4.swf. 3. copy and replace the file from the first file (assets...EBF4.swf) to the second file (chat...EBF4.swf). 4. refresh the game page. Hope it helps.

Agggh so now in addition to losing the premium content, I lost my save, and when I recovered it because I had it backed up, I now lost all my medals, which is really annoying when going for a 100% complete game aghaghahg.

i lost my 15 hours save file....i am not sad...infact i got more game experience and now i found things i didn't find in my first file....kupo....u proved that u make the best rpg adventure ever....no one would never get bored of this game i am just waiting to hear what they are saying during their journey of funny stuff and excited for the rest of the story.....i am now expecting and EBF5...i think u won't stop at 4.....but in 5 i want more new things than 3 and 4.......i want to see and epic game

glitch: in ashwood before matt and natz go in log pile area go down and natalie and matt will talk but you dont have them. rate + so kupo707 can fix this

I think kongregate placed the folders back in the right place now... all fixed, thank you kupo and kongregate :3
On another note, does anyone know where there are respawning sky monoliths? stocking up on silver plates hehehe

THANK YOU DIJEPERS! I back up my browser-flash-game saves regularly, and today they got erased when I ran a newly-installed anti-malware program, but when I tried to restore this game from the backup, it didn't work. Then I read your comment. I never would've guessed I have to restore the backup copy of a file from one folder into a DIFFERENT folder!
I'm so glad I didn't install a malware remover YESTERDAY, or I wouldn't have seen your comment & would've given up on this game forever.

i think to fix this problem forever we should be able to download save file on our computer just like in strike force heroes 2.......i think this should be done to all games on kongregate

i have a big problem whenever i play any game i lose it's progress after exactly 3 days.....please can some one help me and tell me why..............11 hours of playing are now lost and i don't know what to do so please help me....i followed the comments about getting back saves but didn't find anything

I tried to get my save file back like Djiepers said, and it didnt work for me at all. Guess I get to loose my I think 20+ hours of work on this game. This seriously happens w/ every game in this series though :(

So I bought the premium content, and it worked, but after playing my game later today I can no longer see the extra summons / extra clothing the premium content comes with. How do I get it to show up again?

something strange happened to me, i lost my saves a week ago,but yesterday i played and advanced a good part then i got in now and there is my old save and a stange thing in autosave; so strange

Luckily I had a backup so its not the end of the world... althougt for some reason it didnt saved my medals, I still have my game itself saved :)

If you get lost looking for your flash cache, try searching your computer for 'assets.kongregate.com' and 'chat.kongregate.com'

@LordSparkikus: It means we've lost our progress. A game that wipes your progress isn't good for players. Most of us don't want to have a spend another five to ten hours recovering the same ground over and over again. How is that not obvious to you?
