Bug or feature? Finish off wave one with a counter attack, next wave starts attacking immediately, probably due to still technically being enemy turn.

I havent played yet, but is it possible to start the game after finished with unlimited level? Like in Epic Battle Fantasy 3? I reached lv.48 there. It took a long time, but it was fun.
