The capturing system in this game is extremely buggy, I can knock a dragon monster down to 750hp and remove all its positive buffs and debuff it with 4 debuffs and still cannot capture it... the most infuriating part of this game is when the characters retaliate against monsters attacks and kill monsters I specifically trying not to kill

My goal is to beat the game with every possible foe captured. So far I'm having trouble with a secret boss, but otherwise there's nothing I can't catch and enslave for the greater almost-good

Welp, what I have to say about this game?
1 - Amazing story.
2 - Smooth and incredible animations.
3 - A greatly rewarding game mechanics.
4 - Capture system.
5 - A achievment system who encorage you to go forward and get as many achievments as possible in the museum.
6 - Pretty challenge battles against the bosses.
7 - Beautiful musics who you go for hours of listen to it.
Anyway, reasons to play and have fun there is a lot. You guys can play a lot without any regret, and the Steam version worth a lot to buy and play the game for a whole new experience and challenges.

Just a note to anyone looking for New Game+. I spent half an hour searching about it on google. Kongregate's version currently don't have this feature =)

@Urthurian: You mentioned this game is CCleaner friendly. You can have CCLeaner NOT clean certain cookies. To do so, open it up, click on Options on the bottom-left, then click on Exclude, and then choose the Flash cookie folders you don't want to ever have deleted. For example, I have C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Roaming\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\[Random8CharacterFolder]\assets.kongregate.com\ skipped. I also have assets.ninakiwi.com, chat.kongregate.com, external.kongregate-games.com. You might also want to check under C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\[Random8CharacterFolder].default\storage\default\http+++game256923.konggames.com\ if you use Firefox for several more folders to protect. Finally, if there is ever a game you like playing, use DateModified: if you are using Windows in file explorer search to see any newly modified files. If you are only playing games, then the most recent one to show up is the file that has your save data.

Steam version has more content and like 6 extra dungeons with increased difficulty, as well as special collectibles and NG+, and cheats/handicaps and randomizer, for those wondering.

This game looks really high quality with high resolution characters and backgrounds and a lot of characters and moves. The difference between this game and most Flash games is that this game also gets sold for $20 on Steam, so it has to be higher quality to be worth the price. The Steam players got a 1 year and 2 months headstart on us free Flash players, but now it's free until Flash shuts down, so play it fast.
Well, the Steam version also has a *ton* of extra content.

How is the Steam version different from this game? According to the first badge, the game can be finished in the Flash version. Maybe a big difference is that the Flash version can't be played anymore when Flash gets removed from browsers, so you'd have to buy the game on Steam. Although I can just use an older browser for Kongregate games and nothing else. Another reason may be the ability to play it in fullscreen, but cinematic mode in a fullscreen browser is good enough.

*spoiler alert* They should have a medal called "Side quests are more important huh?" if you bring the 4 elemental orbs to the lake in greenwood first instead of going straight in to fight the boss.

Finally got the Medium - Monster Museum Badge after 11.5 hrs of gameplay, despite the monsters that would not accept capture, suicide or run away

If you're having trouble catching things for monster museum, try setting your computer's date to january 1st, and farm enemies until you can complete the warp zone quest. you'll get a move that give you good luck and enemies bad luck. Then equip catching gear like the drone flair. Good luck.

Epic Battle Fantasy 4 was already a steaming hunk of barely functional crap. How in the holy mother of Hell did you manage to make this one worse?!! It took forever to load and everything needs to be clicked at least three times for it to even respond!
