This game is extremely fun, but my save gets deleted whenever I close the game. No idea what's wrong with it, but I can't really play until it gets fixed.

@bardabok A stupid suggestion from me: try to create a back-up file, then play the game on another PC with the back-up file?

Hey, I am stuck at level 26.. the game will not let me oversave anymore on my previously saved game. Autosave is also freezed to level 26. If I try to save in another slot, it remains blank. I would love to go on because your work is awesome, but I just cannot imagine going onwards without saving and beating the rest of the game in one shot...
Looks like you hit the limit of how much data Flash is allowed to save on your PC. I'm not sure if that's due to a browser setting or a Flash one.
Either way, I recommend playing around with your browser settings.

I haven't gotten it on steam yet but I plan on it. I remember playing EPF3 back when I was still a kid. To keep it short and simple, Epic Battle Fantasy 5 is really an experience that you have to see for yourself. The combat is really intuitive and the story/character interactions are just serious enough to keep an adventurous tone but light and humorous. I wish I could do better describing the game but if I had to describe it in one word, that word would be fun- and thats what a game should be!

Your best friend for capturing nearly everything is the bug in the beginning. the one which lowers evasion by 80%, it makes literally everything catchable. no joke, bosses need more debuffs but most foes are easy to capture with him

dude..... this game is like actually very funny. its a great game and the little quirks and attention to detail make me love it that much more. the attack thats just a big middle finger? hilarious. all the jokes 10/10

I can't seem to get the chest in the top left of the forgotten ruins, the one that's blocked by the big stone block with an eye on it, I can't push it down even though there's clearly room to do so. Is this a bug or am I missing something? Gotten to the rapture and I have the wing boots in terms of key items

ok, got my question answered ;)... the trick is to kill both heads short aftter each other,otherwise it respawns after a few rounds... (i tried that from the start but the pop up support pretty much ruined it for me)

DANIEL : about your question, this is not about defense or only about hp, but also about escape and precision. I play in French so not sure about the English name... some status can also help (read the library in game :) And some equipment gives you more chance. You can use spell or invocation to reduce espace and increase your accurate stat.
