while there is definitely strategy involved, especially for the later bosses, it is kinda "buy lots of ether and hope for the best". When you start off, buy 5 life water and spend the rest on ether. At the 2nd shop buy about 15 potions and spend the rest of what you can on ethers, and any remaining on potions. To beat Goku, equip the Heavens Gate sword, have Matt use Protect, Have Natalie use Registeel to lower his def, the have Matt use Temper, then spam him with Seiken, healing and keep your buffs going as best as you can, then when he starts the spirit bomb have Natalie defend (or she WILL die) while still useing Seiken with Matt, he will die but just revive him with the revive spell (not a life water) repeat this process and eventually you shall be victorious.

I take away what I said, there is strategy involved in the hack and slash, did the whole game without using much ether... sorry and great game

I was hoping for something more complex than just hack and slash, graphics and music are good, and I like the battle system, however as Peanuts363 said, It's basically "buy lots of ether and hope for the best"

its pretty fun, but I dont like that you cant save... and like someone else mentioned, the game is basically a race to see if your max ethers can outlast the number of enemies, with no skill involved... I'll give it a 4/5 though

The last boss is the one that looks like goku in some sort of way, you kill it easier using holy attacks, on player one get the runeblade sword and use seiken and on player two use judgement, heal, when it seals your skils, make player two use purify, don't use player two 300 MP attack, it damages she a lot. That´s how I won P.S. I was on easy lol

OMFG WAAATT That's not fair! Goku can't just use a spirit bomb on me and KO Matt and the KO Natalie with melee...That's no faiiirrrrr Goku was a low hp and I just lost an hr of my life lol. Oh well good game. :D

this is really repetitive. basically just i hit you, you hit me, etc. etc. Also, make your own music lazy fool. most songs are just from zelda games.
