Once you have completed the 3 events, there will be a "Unique Character Spotted" available on the map. Check it out, and do a recruitment search based on the suggested Location. :)

Unlocking Unique Characters
Quinsforth the Lancer: Support the lancers in the polearms tournament.
Tybolt the Spearman: Support the spearmen in the polearms tournament.
Adela the Enchantress: Beat the capital league without losing a single match. Look for her in the mountains.
Corthello the Cleric: Get defeated an X number of times. You'll get a event to look for him in the village.
Irvine the Ranger: The event triggers somewhere in the second year. Recruit him in the forest.
Greg the Hunter: Beat all the Kongregate exclusive quests, then recruit him in the forest.
Christabel the Thief: Gather and save a lot of gold, at least 100k and above. Recruit her in the city.

Not a bad game at all, I like the way upgrading your units presents you with options for a new class. Great job on the game 5/5, looking forward to achievement

im sure im in the minority on this but i think it would be nice to save my data to something portable like a flash drive so i dont have to worry about the public library computers erasing my progress every day

Could you please implement an optional turn-mode where a key or button lets you advanca a day? I like to plan things. Still a great game, this would make it fantastic.

One of the best game of this king, 5/5. I just would like to see more detailed status. And I have a doubt, the archer increade their damage with strength or just agility?

Really great game !! Very addictive ... could not stop playing until I finished it (in normal).
Only remark woul be hat I did not feel it was interesting to hire new members. Maybe I sould and I would have got lucky ...

Tips: 1) Early on you shouldn't worry about rarity. 2) Late game rarity is important but not as important as synergy.
It says in game that units of higher rarity evolves better. It seems to me that this is true regarding leveling, but not training. Therefor any unit you do not intend to level can be choosen without taking rarity into account. You should instead consider synergy and secondly stats.
When choosing units for your final team then rarity matters, but getting a rare unit and training it early on might very well result in a unit with higher stats a late game unique, at least it seems that way to me. Regardless of which gets the better stats though, having a team that works well together is absolutely key late game and having a rare that fits well with your team is much better then having a unique that fits decently.
