Upgrading the Hero is much more useful than I anticipated... a hero with good HP and attack can deal heavy damage to large monsters. If you are having trouble, try upgrading the hero rather than your towers.

i was so surprised when i had to redo level 2 three times, challenge woohoo. Although i could finish it more easly when i found out about "send units early get money"

1/5 for limited content, everyone who sees this change rating to 1/5 so they know that locked content isn't cool. rate up so others can see

Here is my strat for majority of the game max hero dmg, max mage, max infantry, max spells. one infantry in last spot before each end. One mage in front of each spwn followed by an infantry tower. fill in blanks with mages. Rock golums are not an issue once u can max your hero atck. Its all the other giant things. I upgrade all range towers first then melee. Upgrade procedure varies with the waves. Towards the last levels i upgraded everything evenly. Also for later levels, once you can afford all updrades for archers place a few archers to fill in spots as you will not have enough gold in the level to upgrade everything to the max. I hope this helps

It's funny how people say this is a copy of Kingdom Rush. Kingdom Rush had a very nice layout for upgrades and the map, you would be silly to not use a similar design unless you're using a different upgrading system. The actual gameplay is hardly similar at all, your towers vertically stack, there are giant bosses, the game is from the side not top-down, there's really plenty different about this game. But wait... Oh my gosh! Both games have a soldier, wizard, archer, and cannon unit!? WELCOME TO EVERY TOWER DEFENSE GAME EVER! Not just Kingdom Rush. Come on now folks. The game is fun and original. 5/5.

The difficulty curve is a touch high, there needs to be a slightly easier level around the 3-5th mission so you can get a little more points before facing trojan horses/mammoths

Why is everyone so pissed that it is like Kingdom Rush? Its different, has a cool hero that climbs giant monsters (a la Shadow of the Colossus) and is just plain fun. Why wouldn't you want more of what is fun and great?

don't understand how the spells work. How do you aim? when I click on the wind icon, I get a bar on the screen that just sits there. How do you use it, aim it?

Mate i'm not trying to be rude but you completely copied kingdom rush - you used the same units, the same way the units are used (e.g melee to block), the rating out of three stars every level, the map layout of the level select screen... it's not on....

On the Upgrades screen, once you expended all your points you cannot tell right away which upgrades you own and which you don't (specially near the end of each tier). Besides that is a great game!

good game but too challenging for me so I don't wanna play anymore. No chance to beat a dragon a mammot and a treant at the same time.
It seems that you can't beat the game without this ******* premium content like the most games today :( but overall 4/5

I love it! It's fun, creative, and addicting, but a i cant play it!!!! It's too damn slow, especially when the giants come out, if this game just had a speed up button, it would be my new favorite td game, but it's so slow that i just can't stand playing it.

Level design is some of the best and most interesting I've seen, I agree with some of the other people that there should be upgrade paths for towers, a speed up button, and some sort of targeting capability. 4/5

I experienced the same bug as Escheton. When a Treant smacked the ground, everyone stopped moving except one little swordsman. The rest of the game is still going, but none of the other characters move.

Treelvl bugged out on me. Everything froze, couldn't upgrade. My soldiers were in stasis. My hero could move freely. Spells were castable without real effect, then went on timer. Waves accrued, and I got money from calling early. But nothing else happened. Went on till final wave. Then I called it and restart.

Projectiles seem to home in on enemies... Not sure if that is right, but also it plays a lot like Kingdom Rush apart from the angle that you play it at. The towers are like in kingdom rush but in that then they don't stack up instead they change and improve. The towers in this are based on quantity over quality, animation looks a bit lazy and jumpy. But other than that it is quite a good game! 4/5 ;)

A tip for trojan horses, they dont fight, so if you want you can put a barrack right at the begining and they will climb on it and never fall because the horse dont fight back, so the soldiers will hit the horse all the way to the end, same for the hero of course.

I can't even get passed the first level because dead enemies are not disappearing from the map, I can still see them on the mini-map. This happened three times in a row when I played the first level

Easiest way to get 3 stars everywhere mid game and later is to just max your hero and mage towers. Throw mage towers everywhere, then strategically level them up. The only thing the mage tower cant kill is the golem, but your hero can kill them really really quick

So can you not upgrade the towers in game or am I being blind and cannot find the upgrade button? Also can you just not upgrade during the first lvl?
