@gentle68 general strategy - in Every Path Line (Mage-Warrior - Cannon - Warrior-Warrior - Mage) substitute cannon with Warrior in short maps. Micro your Hero attack the Giant's Range Mob then Hop to it's Back Upgrade IN-Game Tips (Upgrade Mage>Warrior>Cannon 2 levels at a time then max the warrior tower first) Skills Upgrade (Damage 220, Hp atleast 1.5k, Speed, Cannon,Mage, Warrior rest is in hero's skills) ALL Giants can be kill Easy even the Sky Castle and Same with wave Giant Combos (mammoth, Tortoise etc.). Thumbs up so all can see. (beat it without premium) buy it to support after you finish :D Thanks 5/5

would be nice seeing a class branch though also i like the gaints a little more challangeing then kingdon rush for the ipad would like to see class branching though would be a nice touch

Vlad Bladesfury is a straight up boss! he is able scale the mightiest creatures in the land and smight them singlehandedly!... except he doesnt know how to swim lol great game 5/5 cant wait for a sequel!!!!

Just like all real tower defenses there is premium content that makes the game far too easy and your rewarded for having a facebook and twitter.

There is one major problem with his game. Most Tower Defense games are pretty good but this one is excellent. 5/5 Bravo.

If you want to fix something, fix the ignorant crap where the hero follows the dragon climbing up and down towers over half way across the game before he finally gets on it. Also fix how the hero gets stuck climbing down the treant. This game gets more aggravating than fun when that kind of stuff happens.

For level five I didn't upgrade or use any swordsmen, fully upgraded arrow and cannon towers, and the last tier of upgrades up until the bonus 10% per kill. Then with any leftovers, use on mage and on the Hero's leadership skill. Use at least two cannons and start off with some arrows and just one (1) mage tower that only needs to be upgraded in play once or twice. This strategy took a while to come up with and might not be perfect but otherwise I couldn't beat it.

Awesome game. It'd be awesome if the soldiers could use chains and the sort to bring down the giants easier. This game is much more challenging than other TD Games I've played, 5/5.

Is there a bug in not letting the towers upgrade to a 5th layer (only stays in 4th an eats my money?)? Just wondering or I was too lazy to be informed about something.

For people like me who don't enjoy tower defence, and just want to get Odin's Promise before the end of the week, just grind the first level over and over. Seems to be the fastest way to get it to me.

Tried nearly a dozen different set-ups/ skill sets and can't beat the Tree level, I can only just kill one of the mammoths but by doing so I have to ignore everything else with my spells/hero. Meaning either the mammoths kill me or I get swamped. I have all but 1 star previous to the level. If anyone has any set-up/skill set suggestions I would appreciate it if you could post them.

@desmonds Yeah I know. It was a bit of a useless comment I made. I just thought it was a hard badge way harder than many other hard badges. I'm sure more people will do better when some easy-to-follow walkthroughs have been released (I can currently find 1 one youtube) - plus people seem to say premium content makes the game easier - so most of the people getting that will probably also get the hard badge.

Could really use the ability to see ahead for all the waves. It would be nice to know when ghosts/specific giants are going to be coming.

A game is only as good as it worst sides. The sound quality sucks. The game graphics and design reminds me very much of kingdom rush. Even the different types of towers are stolen directly from kingdom rush. Why did you tell me what the towers does AFTER I built the first in the tutorial? All the animations are really stiff and slow. You can't really move around the screen in any efficient way with the cursor. Oh so you have to drag with the wind thing. You could at least cancel it out on normal click so that retarded people like me can still build stuff instead of just thinking that the game broke. I actually really like the graphics but the giant are so bitmappy or blurry so that makes me sad. Even though I am complaining I do know I can't do anything this good myself. But as a new game developer I start to see many common faults in games.

I have to say, I am LOVING this game. My only caveat is the lack of a speed up button, but I do like that we can immediately send the next wave when the previous one is finished, if we wish. Being able to place/upgrade towers while paused would be a nice touch, but is no means necessary.

Difficulty ramps up way too much near the end. The later big mobs are ridiculous. Good ideas, but poor testing kills it in the end. "Premium" content is also always sad to see.

Just an idea, to colour the each diffrent(for example) the archers,cannons etc and put the same colour on their range too,so it's easier to see the range of each archer.

Nice defense and strategy game. This mixes these with the side scrolling effect. I only complain that you have premium only content, only 1 free hero and the fact that there are no upgrades in the towers during a level.

Well done. And to use 50 Kreds for the bonus items didn't seem too much for me. Great value. As for convenience, when having a spell selected, can you change it to not be used when clicking on 'next wave' button? It messes up the flow when the wind meter is all used up when you're just trying to send in the next wave, thus wasting it. Thank you!

@Ruffyl It might feel similar but there's several major differences, if you haven't noticed: The eye-level perspective (instead of bird's eye), the importance of height of towers, climbing - and units that needs to be climbed to be hit by melee. Other than that I think the maps are very creative and definitely deserves attention. I feel like it's comparable to a remix of a song - and that the remix added something good to it. It's not a copy and I think it's bold to call it that.

@PixelMurderer About upgrading from lvl 4 to 5 towers. Have you seen the visual update? It's not supposed to be taller than 4, it just improves the tower more.

The 4th level is very hard (I got only 2 stars. Trying to get the 3rd star to have better chances in 5th level, but without succes) and the 5th is virtually impossible!!! The difficult is rising too damn fast! It is frustating!
Otherwise, it is a fun game, but is for more hardcore players.
