Crystal Story may be an old game, but it still has the good kicks in the story lines, even in the side quests. All the characters have expressive personalities regardless how major their roles play, the battle stats are fair, and Reuben still deserves those cat scratches. Seriously, Mr. Dangerous, stop wasting my revives.

To add onto that as well, from the comment I saw.
If the zombies can still spawn while you're having to wait to click again because there's a combo going. Is an unneeded way of difficulty if it was intended to do so.
It's outright unfair that doing something potentially great can cost you the run simply because it locks you out from doing anything until the combo / falling blocks / animation is over.

Make clicks register properly in Zombie Defence!
It's ridiculously frustrating to lose a streak or fail out right on expert simply because your click fails to register and as such you now play more cautiously, which goes against the speed you need for expert mode completely. This is bloody stupid...

the feedback bellow is very old but imma respond to it anyway, the reason you can't find the medals is because they are fake, sort of. since this game originated in newgrounds (as seen in the loading screen at the start) all the medals that were there in that one moved over to here. so whenever you get one of those it means that you reached an achievement that isn't available on this website, but on another one. is this confusing? understandable, have a good day.

I like this game! I saw some in-game medals/achievements pop up.. But I can't find them afterwards to see why I got them.. Does anybody know where they are?

It's a pretty slow game and it's not that exciting to me. Just simply attack each creature with a basic attack until it dies. At least in the beginning there are no special attacks per character like in Pokemon. Also boring dungeon rooms you walk in compared to good roguelikes with procedurally generated dungeons.

Nice game, all I did to acquire this badge was gather about 2,400 coins then let myself be defeated so that I could be respawned back to the town where I upgraded my 5 armory upgrades.

Just a note on Accessibility (for future games etc!):
Thank you for making a wonderful RPG, which is easily played by Disabled users like myself! Most of the game needs no changing, except: during a fight, it is very difficult to see the 'Sunglasses icon' - for Blindness - it would be great if this could be altered somehow (colour/background etc). Many thanks @Ian14n!

Does anyone know what the max floor is? If there is one - currently on floor 32, the floors keep getting bigger and bigger..

Notice that for each character you assign who's role is whose, they each get different abilities.
Also, if you're looking for a way to spend your money, check out the Gamble section of the shop, as well as the armory to improve your current items. The accessory's section can get you rare items like EXP RING, or especially the GREED RING.

a tip for avoiding fights by dodging the monsters. when you enter a room on the right, immediately place your mouse on the left, then you can click around any monsters that are super near by.

is there any point in playing the game after having defeated dargon and all the wanted bosses? it was kinda boring this far, and i was wondering if there's anything like a super artefact or some way to level my units a lot or whatever

1/5 i like how i can skip the cutscenes; it spares me the suffering of waiting and regret if the gameplay turns out to be trash. gameplay is simple, basic rpg stuff. interesting skill tree, although it appears to be very grindy near the end. when you return to the town, the party should instantly restore to full stats because the inn appears to not charge anything for using it. a ton of stuff in this game should be changed to enhance quality of life for the player. also, this game appears to be too easy; i skipped fighting any level 1 enemies, found the level 2 slime king boss, and beat that same boss without using any items or knowing it had a second phase. 1/5 increase the difficulty, shorten mechanics, and quicken gameplay.

bit of a text overload going in, but aside from that and a bit of Naruto vibe from the outset, it's actually pretty damn fun. wattok already mentioned it, but it can't be understated: the Lufia II inspiration, on the other hand, is undeniable. ofc, not a bad thing at all. i'd play more, but i was a good way through a quest when my browser went barmy on me all of a sudden and i remembered just then that i'd forgotten to save the entire time... doh!
