I never beat the first game, (I played it like 6 months ago) so when I saw the second came out, I knew what must be done.

Not too bad! Reminds of the old Final Fantasy games when they were first on the NES and SNES. And lots of gold too! Great upgrade system for your arms and armor too! Don't like the armor of weapons you have/ Don't sell em', upgrade em'! Great game, "Ian14n". :-)

like this series so much, but i think the birdking is too OP than dargon because he always spamming magic that damage all party..

This game looks really nice and was enjoyable to play. To be perfectly honest, I find the sequel to be much more fun, but that doesn't make this one bad. You clearly put hours upon hours of effort into both of 'em, and I'm thankful to play such fun games.

How to farm treasure: Go to evil cave, Floor 1 defeat the enemy in room 2 and 3, go to room 2 then go to room 3, keep going back and forward til a treasure box appears.

Another thing I've noticed is that a sprite model will go over things like health bars. It's rather annoying not being able to tell how much health an enemy has or what the top buff on Tristam is.

Another thing I wanted to ask is why doesn't the bestiary cover all the monsters? I encountered one rare monster that gave me a medal upon killing it, it looked like a purple guitar, and I didn't see it listed in the bestiary at all.

I get lots of medals but can't seem to find a way to check which ones I've earned. Other than this small issue I think this is an amazing game especially to be just a linear RPG flash game, simple yet eloquent :) Big thanks to its creator and hope to see them coming. Also played the second game and it ended up being even better

If the game kept track of sound settings from the last time you saved the game, that'd be cool. That way I don't die of a heart attack every time I load the game lol.

I really enjoyed the game. I don't agree with some people who say that we should be allowed to change the level stats.
Picking the right skill set is much more of a challenge. We all know the default autowin sp distribution anyway :P

Allowing the enemy to spawn at the door was a poor oversight. I'm just trying to check out the next room, and suddenly I'm chucked into battle with a miniboss while my supplies are low and my characters haven't healed for a while.

Figured out save problem, it was on my end, somehow my flash got set to 0 local storage and deleted everything, had to restore backup after fixing, restored an early save, so the game's fine.

I played to level five, just now, saving a couple times. Closed browser and restarted, but no save files. My firefox isn't set to clear cache on close.

Not getting the hard badge... I killed the Dargon, saw the end movie, completed all quests and killed all bosses... I even beat the zombie minigame on extreme! Why don't I get the badge? :(

are the men weak or the women really strong? cause that hiro guy got knocked out by a slap and kaylie decks rueben at one point

Played a little through Crystal Story 2 and thought I should come and play this to understand the story a bit better. Though there isn't much story to it, it was fun, quirky and kept me entertained for the long-time it took me to complete it. Thank you for the gem of a game lan14n.
On to finish CS2 now!

Hey guys! Quick battle strategy, try blinding and then silencing the enemy, that way, the enemy cannot harm your party whatsoever! also, when facing an enemy with high ATK, use Roar (if a party member has it ), + to keep this comment alive!

I love the way how if you enter a room and there's a monster that you don't like, you can exit the room, then enter it again, there are different monsters :)
