I hope you add a way to determine the action turns and also make the status effects visible because it becomes a bit confusing who's afflicted with what.

Thanks. Not a bug. Chests spawn at a low rate and carry either a global treasure or a gold. Killing monsters give more gold and give a higher chance of giving global treasure. Think of the chests as a reward for exploring. :)

this game makes me remember old FF-style game with a touch of an game for Gameboy called "Breath Of Fire". Nice game, I think it deserves at least 1 achievement cause any RPG takes his time to complete.
Good drawings it makes me feel very good to see with who im talking and not the old fashioned "Text Box".
P.S.: Are the CD´s like pokemons MT´s? It´s just an question...
AND... work with the items spawns, sometimes it gets too easy to get good equipment and that makes the game loss the difficulty of an RPG. :)

Ooooh, I just realised all the characters are named after characters from Final Fantasy: Mystic Quest. And there's some Lufia influences in there, as well. Outstanding. Make some more games, please!

My team at level 3's classes*mostly*:
Tristam is a mage
Kaeli is a rouge
Phoebe is a fighter
Rueben(Level 4 becasue of an ACCIDENT) is a healer
I personally think thi sis the best combination you can have. I may be wrong, but oh well.

Very nice game. I was able to beat the lvl 50 floor "Dargon with 13K hp) when i was only level 29, but i died many times.
One thing that i dont get is the Speed status. Right now i have Tristan with speed 48 and Phoebe with speed 124, and most of the time Tristan attacks first and also most of the times Tristan attacks 3 times in a batle while Phoebe attacks just one (i fought the level 50 Dargon about 30x).
Best team i made so far using the AP 30 spells is: Tristan (fighter 30), Kaeli (Rogue 30), Phoebe (Rogue 30) and Reuben (healer 30) they are a deadly combination when unlocked the AP 30 spells

Fantastic game! 5/5 However, the hot keys are a bit useless, as you can't select the enemies by hotkeys and have to use the mouse in battle anyway. . .

All-around great game, only problem is how quickly you run out of MP early in the game. Would it be possible to add slight MP regen while outside of battle?

One thing i dont like is on how i dont know what kind of enemy im fighting,like right now im fighting a cold slime,and blindly i cast cold strike which they would be obviously resistant to.Please let us see what the enemy's name is before attacking please,if there is a way im sorry for this comment.Thankyou,that is all.

what i really like about it is that is feels like final fantasy that i just wanna keep playing it and the job system is great the fighting is great if i said what else is so great about this game i would have a long comment anyways GREAT!!!! JOB!!!!!

Since the treasure spawn is unlimited, you can just walk back and forth between two rooms and get unlimited treasure farming if you are into that kind of thing.
You might want to put a cap on the spawn.

how the shit went down.
1. healed up for battle with the birdking
2. entered the battle with the birdking
3. enemy attacks first casting blizzard, then firewall, then blizzard.
4. my team was dead before i could launch a single attack.

Would be decent if the interface wasn't so complicated. Oh come on I just want to drag a ring from one character to another, how many clicks and screens? 14???

in response to 2cool4namesx's comment, Royal jelly is what all bee larva are fed. if bee larva are fed it after a certain point, they become a queen bee. if they stop being fed it, they become normal worker bees.

When I saw this on the front page, first thing I thought was "Oh god, please don't have that 'Multiplayer' tag", y'know - the one that turns any good concept into a money-hogger. But then, I was glad.

this is based on final fantasy i think, am i right? it reminds me of it, and final fantasy if my fave game series ^^ i also think this needs a sequel 5/5 :D

Impressive game. Good to see you took your time to develop the characters and the storyline as well! It kept me enternained for a long time, one of the best RPGs on Kong, no doubt about it. Keep up the good work, I would love to see more games from you!

For those unaware, the medals or achievements are only recorded on a newgrounds account on the newgrounds website. It is saying you got them but they are only recorded properly on newgrounds if you are on the website and signed in

I seem to get achievements for completing various tasks but I am unable to view them... Also certain monsters do not appear in beastinary (eg. Bahamat), dont know whether that was intended

A witch, a stolen crystal, a 4 charatcer pary, mini bosses....with a mercanary company as a twist! The most orignal RPG and storyline I've seen so far! You've done a great job! Might I make a suggestion though, EXP is shown in %, but its better if you can switch between % and how much left until next level.

This game is very fun. Not challenging to navigate and it doesn't have thousands of tabs you need to go through in order to find some specific thing or upgrade or whatever. And any RPG that incorporates slimes as a beastie to kill is a friend o' mine :D 5/5 and +Favorite!

Stupid question, are all the players named after characters from Final Fantasy Mystic Quest? I suppose it could be a coincidence but it seems unlikely.
