Click the penguins nose at the menu screen if you unlocked classic and arcade mode up this comment (It wont work if you already have classic and arcade mode unlocked)

You don't need nuclear warhead to get I.C.P.B, all you need to do is fly OVER the Wall, instead of busting through it.

To get I.C.P.B. medal, play story mode with nuclear warhead and fly past the last (5th) barrier. The cut scene is really funny.

Wow. I am deeply impressed at how much work has gone into this game. Every detail is so polished. The layers of foreground and background when flying; the mathematical calculations to account for velocity, gravity, angle, and air resistance; the randomized tips and notes lying around on the upgrade menu; the way the music subtly gets more involved according to speed; not to mention all the little animations and how customizable every aspect of the game is. This deserves every 5/5 it gets.
