Two of these medals are really, really annoying... "Rise!" I got this event several times, it happened randomly when I crashed on the ground, whereupon Zeus appeared, told me to rise, and threw me in the air with ridiculous speed and health. No other common denominator springs to mind beyond having mediocre gear, which probably had most to do with needing to crash on the GROUND (good gear takes you into the ocean). Guessing "It's Rob!" is the same, but you need to run out of fuel high up. No idea about the specifics, haven't gotten it yet.

When I got the I.C.B.P., I was wearing the nuclear warhead. However, when I try to replay the movie, all I get is the standard impact variation. Is it possible to have the movies check what you have equipped and use that in the video?
