@gbsn for Diving 2, it's TOTAL, not in one day. So if you dive for 100 feet ten days, you'll get the medal. Rolling over the medal will show you how much you have left. For bouncing, you'll want to go at the water at a low angle, and you should bounce off of it. Some of the challenges are for one day, but I think the most you'll need is ten bounces in one day. That takes some practice, but it's possible. The other bounce challenges are total, such as bouncing 100 times total. Again, you don't have to do those all in one day.

going faster over the redzone helped me because i didnt go over the redzone i went a totel distance of about 700 and the i went way over the redzone and i went a total distance of about 750

Also here's a cool glitch. If you have a non-toggled rocket, use it. But while its running, bounce on the water. The fire or whatever will still be there! WITH OUT BURNING FUEL!

i found a glitch, for some unknown reason a cloud that i was passing suddenly changed size from small to huge!

1st, something like a 'god' came out saying " I command you to get up and fly some more! " and you get to dive in the water and 2nd a robot came out " Location confirmed, sending supplies." and a box with an S come out and refills your fuel. WTF but COOL!
