i dont think i like the mini helicoptor, i go higher than my targets and the only way to go down is wasting 1 of 4 shots of my rocket or run out of fuel in the proppellor

so ther i was trying to get a speed award by rocketing myself at the ramp and when i land... i giant pixelated penguin comes up and says: "i command you to rise from the snow and fly some more" HILARIOUS

For the 25000 budget try using omega sledge with longest ramp, then buy a glider. The speed from going down gives u 13k points, glide out the rest, i got close to 20k that way :)
