I had a heart attack and had a happy-attack when the " RISE FROM YOUR GRAVE " event occurred. Dunno how common it was, but it helped me get to the ice mountain for the first time AND destroy it for the first time..

If your go to fast, youre in the redzone and you have use the cruise missele make a a little bit height than you go out the red zone

If ur having slow speed at high altitude, tap keys alternately (do it fast), this helps to maintain bothspeed and altitude for a longer duration of time.
