To get lots of BP, buy the Omega Catalog and go to Arcade Mode 25k. Buy max ramp length and Omega SuperSlide. Set ramp angle to down.
The speed with which it throws you off the track will give you 12000+ money, and 72 BP per pop.

ATTENTION! To get high scores for the 25K arcade, use superslide and maxed ramp length. This gets you 12851 points from speed alone (may vary depending on bonus upgrades). Spend the other money on whatever you want (I used pulse jet, trike and lots of fuel upgrades). This got me 19349 points, getting the highest total score of the day without even playing the other two budgets! +1 to let people see!
