I got help from Zeus on my ~7th day. The words "I command you to rise up and flay some more" appear, then (holy shit!?) I'm 500 feet in the air and get, like, 10 medals.

I bought everything...now I'm just playing one of my saved games over and over to get to 150 days, so I can have all of the medals. I'm so rich now; I get tens of thousands of dollars each flight. Why can't I just buy a taco truck and drive to Africa?
