how you get altitude one without a glider or ramp hight-get a spring sleigh, and increase ramp hight by 1 or 2. then hit space as soon as you can to get the achivement.

When I first started this game and I saw the Bonus Shop I groaned, thinking that it would be just another way to get money out of us. Then I clicked on it and my heart rejoiced, it was COMPLETELY FREE!!!
