i found a bug that allows me to use 4-shot type rocket infinitely:p
if you use winXP on-screen keyboard and click the space bar:D

2000 point,1000$ arcade.all bouns shop.Ramp angle high max.Spring box + Umbrella + "Whistle" rocket with 3 fuel + ramp high 4.After jump,use 3 rocket to get high,and then turn to -4 (control mode is mouse) and use the fourth rocket the same time (keep the speed 30 is good.My final points is 2097.

Ha. Alternate ending (I love those) and when u go into outer space the alien says "location confirmed, sending supplies" free fuel makes meh happy. :).

If your data is lost, and you completed the games Story Mode, Simply click on the penguins beak in the main menu to unlock every mode
