light travel to mars about 5 minutes, in into space dist. to mars is 1 M ft.
i come to 107 M ft less than 0,3 sec.
even i can't see it when flying to that dist.

Do you have the weight-calculations for consecutive stages reversed? It looks like the first stage gets met more speed than the next and so on....

I expect the speed to increase during the different stages. Instead it steadily decreases.
The overall weight decreases, so the same amount of thrust should result in a higher speed.
Am I missing something or is this a bug?
