Here's a tip:
Spend your money whenever you can early on. Since you can get a 100% refund at any time, there is no need to build up a nest egg in the beginning. When you get later in the game the interest upgrade, and Savings medals will you give you a reason to have more cash at one time.

It keeps showing the same add for more fish, but even after interacting and waiting for the timer to run out it tells me that I didn't complete it, so i get nothing.
