Under rating threshold (show) I use all of my boost to go for height, then dip just until my speed hits 200 and level off until just before my speed starts dropping. I reached 6,000 only having to pull up once, and that was right before the end (~5,500).

Under rating threshold (show) when you take off, get to the point where your air resistance is 3-4%, use your rockets to boost your speed to 200mph, everytime your speed drops to 175mph, boost back up to 200mph, it should be easy
