upgrade everything. go on the 50 ramp. make your angle 3%. rocket to 175 mph. when you reach 150 mph rocket to 175 again. you'll get the meduim badge then. hope it helps, try and keep this comment alive.

For the Hard badge, try to get as many achievements and as much money on every run, in order to afford spec points and better gliders and rockets. Always prioritise getting the better glider. And on day 18, follow the advice of lettas in the top comments. Oh, yeah, there's a lot of luck involved too.

Get all the upgrades go on the 50 ramp and tilt yourself upwards and use the boost than when you fall down get yourself level and than repeat the process for the following jumps.
