I LOVE IT!!!!
It is like the DS strategy games and the sword attack sound is taken from the arcade classic knights of the round! 55555/55555

This game has great potential, but it's (a) too slow, (b) requires too many extraneous button clicks to do the simplest tasks, and (c) a lot of times the action is blocked by the 3-D features.

This has potential, but just about everything is wrong with it. 1.) it takes way too many clicks to do anything, like I really want to click three times to attack and again to end the turn when there is nothing else to do 2.) with the panel moving animation, etc., it's way too slow on a fast gaming rig... speed it up!, 3.) The audio and music sounds as if it was recorded in a tin can -- really, it's horrid, 4.) "Grandpa"? is this made for rug rat kids or something? Please a hero of this caliber and age wouldn't have a grandpa. Bad, bad, bad, overall. Bad story, bad design, bad implementation. Decent graphics and nice looking UI, but bad game overall. Not worth 5 to 10 minutes to kill a few snakes and bugs. :-P

It does, when you first attack and than you move. Than you face the right diretion so the monster cant hit you from behind

Huge fan of TRPG's, and you did a great job with almost everything EXCEPT the speed at which it goes at. I want to play but the long wait makes me want to go play a different one. Sorry, faster please?

Good game, a very good copy of final fantasy tactics, enjoyed it alot, but enemies need to actually block movement...

good game, but almost identical to Final Fantasy Tactics (for gameboy and PS1), the battle system looks almost the same, and honestly, Tactics is better

I like this game a lot, but it is slow. It seems to be a case of just too many "extras" in the battle sequences, and an interface that's just a bit clumsy or convoluted. Streamline things down! There's a lot here, and it's really great, so don't be afraid to cut some things out to speed things along. Too much repitition. 3/5 overall for now, but a solid package that will easily be a 5/5 with some of the fat cut away.

It's severely annoying that your character isn't smart enough to pick up a treasure chest...when presented with two possibly paths to the same place, he deliberately avoided the treasure, even though he was facing that direction to being with! Irrititating!

Good presentation and battle system, but needs polish. Picking your facing should only come at the end of your turn, not when you move. The gameplay is slow, even by SRPG standards. Items and Inns are too expensive and monsters give you too little gold.

maybe but you must admit that having the lockpick shaking back and forth in the sweetspot kind of put things in your mind. (or at least in mine)

A little thing though, the lockpicking guide says ''when it shakes back and forth, you'll have discovered the lock's sweetspot''
that sounds a bit too erotic to me (just my opinion).

The game is mostly based on FFTactics, but when you look at it, which other game is NOT based on any other game?
Earlier comments are true. The game is slow. There's too much waiting time for menus to pop up, delays between moves and actions, other unnecesary delays. Some text is also hardly readable. Maybe it's the scaledown fault?
Game looks great, the music is really fine (exept the end of the battle, when background music overlaps the winning theme)
Otherwise, it's nice and has the potential. I suggest working on enemy AI. FFTactics had more challenging one.
