Way too easy.
The most frustrating thing is that you need to get your lockpicking skill up before opening harder chests and you can go for ages without getting chests that you can open.

Too many of da CLICKINGS! If there's only one enemy in range, you shouldn't have to pick your target. You shouldn't have to always tell it where to face, either. "Attack" should be on the main screen, not under Actions. Map buttons for things, like facing. Heck, map a button for just about everything.
Liked the game otherwise.

Very beautiful and cured in every details, but as many others have said its incredibly slow :| Please up base speed (like 2 or 3x) and provide a fast forward button. :| Can't really play it at this speed

OK what do i have to do in order to get the manual to use lockpicking...all it says is that the grandpa doesnt have any more lock picks try the store in town.

I'd say if you make all player actions take 20% of the time they do now, and all enemy actions 10%, should be about right

Pretty fun game, really. A bit grindy, but I happen to be patient, so I don't care. Annoying, though, how you have to get several easy treasure chests before you can tackle the medium ones at all, and Kage's spells don't work for me anymore. (They show up in blue text and do nothing, and I know it's not about elemental immunities because my spells affected Super Beetles before and never do anymore.) Besides all that, it's pretty well made.

Really like the game but it's a bit slow. Two Glitches that REALLY need to be fixed, The Black Bar which periodically covers a fifth of the screen.. And sometimes when one of my characters does an attack, nothing happens hp wise.

Even after you've sped up combat it's unbearably slow, and the lockpicking minigame stinks. I'm a freaking adventurer, I'd smash the lock with a rock if it's an easy lock. Could score better, but is almost unplayable right now. 1/5 until getting some major improvements.

Does anyone else think its funny that the grandpa calls you a true warrior after killing a garden snake and a beetle? I kill beetles all the time and garden snakes.. well there harmless! True warrior my ass!

Good game! Still not like fft, but for flash game is very good. Continue this series please. It,s quite slow and level difrence is very noticable (to much) I mean getting to desert levels I bearly damage enemies but when I'm back to grass ones I overkill most of them. Lockpicking requirement should be removed. It should be harder to open medium trasures with lvl 5 lockpick( they should damage quicker). Overall good game with great potencial. I would like to put my hands on this game engine. Editor would give this game immortality:)

game is fun but it takes forever to play, so speed it up. and sometimes i click on the wrong box and i cant reverse the movement, but good game

Holy crap, playing this, now I'm hooked on FFT AGAIN... This is nice for the convienience of being able to play anywhere on my laptop is great. This is a good game so far, just hope that I don't get any of the glitches everyone is talking about...

I agree that combat is too slow. Also, I am unable to open Medium treasures because I didn't get enough easy ones to drop, so now I have to slog through easy battles trying to get treasures to level up lockpicking. Please provide some way to pay gold and practice lock picking.
