whoa this is so close to being a great game - yeah, like everyone, needs a speedup; also, I'm never fond of having to kill a monster and THEN go collect its treasure. 4/5

small tip, although you probably already know, if you get behind or 1 layer above an enemy you will damage it more than normal

The animation and graphics were great, but the storyline and good dialogue (as in a real role-playing dialogue), really needed in a Strategy RPG to keep players moving on, are lacking and barely present. I really just can't get myself to go through it; it's not interesting. 3/5

Very slow pacing. Too much clicking through interface menus, slows down actual gameplay. Great graphics. need some storyline.

I don't really feel like investing my time into this game. It's good, but not a really concrete story (at least not from the start)

fun game, but my big problem is that keyboard commands should be incorporated. Why does the orientation of the character matter? Each turn you get to move and attack. And after each action you can face any direction. Why does this matter? It just slows down the game.
3/5 as it is, but 5/5 if this was fixed

I get a chest almost every single battle. Kill the easier monsters first. The hardest monster around seems to rarely drop chests. Kill the monsters as they come at you and you should find some. Does suck that theres no extra attacks tho... or cool skills. Still, for a free flash game this is excellent. 5/5

Yeah... I'm getting Easy Chests left, right, AND down..... (Just kidding, they're rare for me, too) If only there were an ability to transmute easy monsters into nearly-worthless chests.... That, or to transmute 2 Mediums into 1 Easy... Oh, well.

How am I supposed to reach a higher level in Lock-Picking without small treasure chests??? I now have fought 28 battles in the deep woods and got 4 small chests in the first 5-6 battles, since then nothing, incredibly time consuming and annoying. At all other itineraries I only get medium and large treasure chests, which I cannot open without level-up. It's pretty annoying, but it's only a very small part of the game, the rest is great.

Waaaaaaaaaay too slow!!!!!! I Love strategy games, but please give me the chance the crank the fps up to the point I want.

i dont understand why you need another click on the weapon option after u already clicked attack.. its totally meaningless since theres only 1 way of attack

however, it does seem a bit easy...i'm having ZERO problems with an area recommended for lvl 12, and my main char is still lvl 10...i mean, no challenge whatsoever...i might have to retract the 5/5 and go 4/5 simply for that reason, unless there is a difficulty setting that i dont remember seeing???

Love the game, a little slow, but not enough to bash it like some people here...the only thing i've come across so far is the 50 chests to open for the Thieve's Guild...I'm level 10 and i've fought quite a few battles, and i'm only at 17 treasures opened!!! I hope this game is gonna go on for a bit longer :) All in all, i gave it 5/5...really hope there's a sequel in the making...

good game. @Mr Peanut: Final Fantasy Tactics stole this idea first. This Game Genre is really old. But I don't think this is a problem, if the games is good. 4/5

for some reason all the buttons are fading away and everything. can't buy anything or see money or save. might wanna fix that. 4/5

ya i agree with schlobman, this thing is exactly like Final Fantasy Tactics, he totally stole the idea from it, but its still a pretty fun game.

this game is amazing. the capacity for potential in this game is staggering. if you kept working on this and came up with a 2.0 with a lot of upgrades, it would be a supreme winner.
