Reminds me of an old PS1 game... Tactics: Ogre.... THere are some differences, but the basic attacks and battle system seems very similar to that.

Two glitches ive had a problem with, Movement squares not showing for accessable squares(no bodys/terrain in the way) and second is Kages spell not doing any damage at all... otherwise a decent game

A good game overall, but far from perfect. The A.I. is so bad and the monsters so weak that its literally childs play to beat each level. The only challenging part is managing your hp/mp so that you can fight 2-3 stages without resting, to save the $$ of the inn. There are also some bugs/bad programming with the movement, with the character moving more than their max spaces or going to different places than those you clicked. Gameplay is slow because of the monster's uncalled for high hps, and missions have no variety (only kill stuff). Nice try nevertheless, turn based strategy games are not easy to make, and the graphics/menus/status are top notch. 4/5

I want to like this game. It has many elements that could make a fun game.
However there is a problem: IT IS TOO SLOW
Here is an example:
In order to execute a typical attack on an enemy the player must perform the following actions:
1) Click Move
2) Select destination square
3) Click facing arrow
4) Click Action
5) Click Attacks
6) Click Slice
7) Confirm target for slice
Holy shiva that's SEVEN CLICKS even if all I want is to move one square over and hit a bat. It's worse than final fantasy. It's too much. No way in hell am I gonna perform that same seven click sequence several hundred, if not thousand, more times.

this is like that game with the blue cyber guy and this real guy that goes on computers and stuff, i dunno the name i forgot, but this game is stupid i mean it. first mission and i was like "dude, im bored by the common context".

Kinda easy and the treasure chests should advance your lock-pick level in accordance with the treasure chest level. Having all chests increase your lock-picking level by 1 makes it take way to long to level it up. Heck I beet the boss guy at the volcano and my lock-picking skill wasn't even past 25.

How do you lower the game quality? Sick of idiots removing the default quality options then not putting their own in.

OK once Kade reaches level 12 his spells stop working on enemies. The 'report a bug" function doesn't do diddly either.

is there actually a parameter set to give us bonuses to being on higher ground than our foe? or because we are facing the foe or not?

nice game. for a non rpg fan i had a good time with this game. like kyrin said it reminds me of fft as well. only difference is the attacks from the side and back are the same as front :(

very meh, nothing special, dark screen lasts way too long, game speed is slow and those enemies at the start of the game r stolen from another game
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
good but i felt that the battle speed was very slow and got very boring sometimes, just speed up the overall battle flow and id give it a 5. 4/5 for now

3 Medium Treasure chests - all of them had a single Rusty Lockpick inside. I used a frickin Iron Lockpick to open them!

For the lockpick:
Move the mouse to the handle. Hold the mouse button down. Slowly rotate the handle clockwise (or counterclockwise) one or two clicks at a time. Do it slowly. When you hit the right spot, the handle will start to shake. Hold it there, and the chest will open.
