Under rating threshold (show) This game reminds me of Legend of the Dragoon. A old PS1 game that is fun.

Under rating threshold (show) Hm.. I loved the game idea but I dint like the game usability. No hotkeys, it's slow and then it becomes boing.

Under rating threshold (show) hmm... i hate posting after posting in the same line. but the kage problem was solved by just going to a battle and if some remainder xp wasn't awarded to him it'll do so and he will level or if you hit something and gain xp, he will level.

Under rating threshold (show) kage is stuck at level 6 with 539/500 XP. he should be level 7 by now.

Under rating threshold (show) flame doesn't seem to work when grinding. it keeps giving low level enemies such as garden snake and such 55 heal rather than 55 damage.

Under rating threshold (show) FFFFFUUUUU... HATE this game. Low on strategy, high on tedium. Could beat a reccommended level 7 level with a bunch of level 4s. I now have a box that requires level 10 lockpick skill.. my lockpick is at level f-in 2!!! Which means I have to go back and hack my way past hundreds of crappy waaaay to easy and boring bugs to open it. And not character creation. Do yourself a favor and just play Final Fantasy Tactics, it's a zillion times better than this monkey s#!^

Under rating threshold (show) You could allow players to scroll over the map during their phase.

Under rating threshold (show) I noticed something that appears to be entirely useless. As the player proceeds through a routine move-act-end phase they get to select their facing direction after moving and before acting. Then once they've acted whichever direction they needed to turn to face an enemy they attack is where they end facing. Meaning having them pick a direction at that time doesn't make sense, you should either make the direction they choose during that phase their final facing or make it so the direction choice is unavailable if they make an act that turn, this could be done by placing the decision after a player hits end phase. Of note is the fact that other similar games use said order.

Under rating threshold (show) as i said, its nice, but it gets boring and redundant after the first 5-10 mins and well, you should check some of the button spellings, as well as adding a speed up button

Under rating threshold (show) Love FF Tactics, not so much this game. I agree with all hoemaco's points, and would like to add that the movement system is broken. My mage can move to empty spots up to three squares away, no matter if he has to walk twelve squares to get there (due to other characters in the way). It just plain doesn't make sense to see your character walking through a space he "can't reach" to get to one he "can." Needs much more variability in what you can do with your characters, at least up to level 8 I still only have one action for each character. Would be nice if you had some choice in what classes of characters you had. FFT's job system isn't hard to implement and would give this game much more strategy and much less monotony. Overall, a very good basis for a game, but it just lacks decisions the player has to make.. This is the essence of a strategy game, and, without a storyline to follow, this has to be a strategy game rather than an adventure game.

Under rating threshold (show) nice game in the spirit of the good old days. it would be nice, however, if it was faster - that is, the animations and such were faster, it takes long to wait for all the battle sequences (moving, showing the enemy's path etc). Also, keyboard shortcuts would be welcome, or at least some direct icons - now you have to click more times to reach your attack.

Under rating threshold (show) Love FF: Tactics, and love this game. Wouldn't mind possibly doing a re-balance on the damage of the earlier monsters. They don't seem to pose much of a threat in early stages. I haven't gotten too far so I haven't seen how they are later on in the game. Just an early observation. Keep it up!

Under rating threshold (show) Getting lockpick to 50 grants a thief glove which increases drop rates, and the ability to open very hard chests (usually 200+ gold or resurrection potions). Not worth it IMO.

Under rating threshold (show) Its funny the fact that most people think Final Fantasy Tactics was just a DS game really shows the age of a lot of people on here. For you youngins us old people used to play something called a Playstation, heard of it? Not a bad game though, this one that is.

Under rating threshold (show) Liked the game, played it for awhile, saved my progress and added it as a favorite. It is a little dull after awhile but it is still quite well done. Could use few improvements on the interface but it is a still a good attempt at a decent roleplaying game for this platform.

Under rating threshold (show) Hi stonks! Yea, as much as this game is like FF, it doesn't have trhe name Final Fantasy, nor the same game engine, nor the same anything. Even if it's simiral in gameplay, no one is stepping on anyone elses' toes.

Under rating threshold (show) who cares if this game is like final fantasy tatics from PS1 it was a great game and this is based off of it which make it a nice game also plus its free so maybe its a great game for ppl who never knew the FFT series and this gets them into it. So once aging who cares if he got the ideal from FFT 80-90% of games get there ideals from one anouther

Under rating threshold (show) cry harder, this is a free web based game, what if he thought of the idea and they stole it off them, i mean, it's a DS Game, they are all rip-offs, it's sad really
