Moves a little too slow for my liking as well. Menu's should already be up, or drop down or out menus for attacks and options, etc.

actually I tried SilverWolfies' glitch in vain, + the anaconda I was trying to glitch just became invincible, he doesnt lose health no more. I guess I was glitched!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Ohhh I found a glitch, click attack, then the attack you want to use. click and hold on an opponent then move away. when the arrows to choose facing show up click on the enemy. you will then attack and be able to attack again from your new position as well

glitch when i died it retuned me back to an earlier point but with all chars i earned later on with no way to proceed in the game because all missions were completed

Out of curiosity how are the maps made? are they randomly generated? or does it go through list? and then after the last one repeat its self.

Good polish and average game play (Played one tactics game, you've played them all). Does remind me of Final Fantasy Tactics a bunch but its a non-issue. Great detail on the world map and in the status window. A few things that would be nice to address in a later update:
1. As others have said, an undo movement phase would be nice (but I see the issue of having too many mouse clicks. I suppose it is better to have the phase than not when you need it.)
2. A damage range for attacks and spells. This will iron out some I-Wonder-If-This-Does-Enough syndrome.
3.A party wide XP deal. As in my play through, the mage got turned into a heal-only machine causing him to be severely under-leveled.
But great game all in all. 4/5

You need to fix how the movement display shows where you can move to; I'm glad you fixed it so you don't get free moves to go around your opponents, but it still claims you can, and if you click over there your char walks 2 squares in the opposite direction.

I'm not sure as to why people are leaving unnecessary comments that have to do with this game's likeness to FF Tactics. It clearly said in the descriptions that the game was a spin-off (Even though it did not state which game it was...which could lead to copyright issues). The game isn't half bad, though the inn prices are too much and the anaconda is harder than most monsters after the desert area. Also this game is FREE. Sure its not the best one, but we should be grateful. I do think this is better than Zenning (Unpolished).

Does anyone know if you ever get a 4th party member? I just finished off the Ogre Lord and nobody joined me. I'm thinking it may be a reward for finishing off the thieves guild, but I'm only at 19 lockpicking and don't really want to go any further.

A large portion of the game is waiting for animations to start/end (like when a turn is over, before attacks, moving, etc.)
A lot of time is wasted when absolutely nothing is happening. The game is really slow, otherwise it'd be fun.

This is uncommonly buggy for a front page. I've run into the memory leak where it slows down progressively. The graphic artifacts (which I assume are also memory leak) including loss of text on the save and more games buttons. Worst, is the fact the Mage starts casting what look to be healing spells rather than damage spells. (Numbers are in blue.) Also rarely, but sometimes the mage has had his turn skipped. Not able to figure out what causes it as very intermittent.

keyboard shortcuts for movement, attacking, etc would be nice, as would a higher droprate on the low end chests (it sucks that you have to farm the easy areas for them just to get your lockpicking skill up)

okay one problem the stupid thing after the turn where u can pick which way the character is facing is pointless. i dont care which way me character is facing. but other than that it was a good game. little laggy but yeah it was okay

the pace of this game is way to slow to keep me interested for more than 5 minutes. If you could speed it up...i think the game would be a lot of fun.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
really needs to be speeded up, both in simple graphic speed and in reducing the amount of clicking and menus necessary for every decision you make. Otherwise, promising. Reminds me a lot of Final Fantasy Tactics

Why do RPGs insist on us watching the computer move? Non-flash developers who make turn based RPGs have figured out the skip computer turn option years ago, why do we insist on regressing?

A good game, although some of the icons used for the items and such look identical to ones in RPG Maker - in fact, most of this game reminds me of the sort of game you can make on RPG Maker. Even so, I still like it, because it adds that element of strategy in the battles, which is not so prevalent in other fantasy RPGs.
I give it a 4/5, because, while a well made game, with some good ideas, I feel like I am thrown in at the deep end a bit (I know there's a tutorial thingy at the start). Plus, the storyline seems a little odd to me. But it is a well deserved 4/5.

update to last post: Tried going to the inn, my toons are alive and well on status screen, tried going to a level not a mission, nothing works, I'm starting over.

Weird Issue... I loaded my save game and my two toons are gone (main guy and the mage) I started a mission and they just never appeared. I am currently watching the "mutant leader" walk randomly.. it's kind of funny but man thats like 2 hours of gameplay I have to redo, tried reloading and refreshing then loading, no avail.

also the cost to rest is to high, if u are very low hp and out of money... then wat? u do like 10 deep foresst lvls... make it like 20 gp in all of em

zelf- i ran into needed that a couple times,ALSO i wanna select which charatcer i use first on my turns, not jsut go thru a set pattern

Not sure if anyone has suggested this or not. (Don't want to read through 136 pages of comments.) You should have an undo button for when Moving. If I accidentally click somewhere I didn't mean to move I can undo. Also, you should make it so that you choose which direction you face only when your turn ends. Having the option to choose your facing after moving doesn't help if you also attack. Though damage to the back isn't that much extra so, it's not too big a deal.

OK i got two words... NEEDS MOAR GAME SPEED... ok that was 4 words... but still its so slow and also somehow the lockpick broke before i could even move it!

"Action" panel in battle needs to be movable - the ranger and mage can't target behind it - or as others have suggested - make the battle maps scrollable.

I think its well done, but as a hardcore fft player, this isnt enough for me.
The interface is way too uncomfortable.
You know what I mean.

I got glitched, I started on Damascus and stopped playing and forgot to save, now I can't get my Eye Guy mission from Sandos and I'm screwed over.

I start the game, and I see a granpa needing help. Ok, so i think the character is a kid. Big, muscular, heroic guy standing infront of the beetle. Can already tell plot isn't worth it. Plus the first level took me 10 minutes. 2/5
