this game is good, stop whining everyone. just accept that this is a 4/5 game and not a 5/5. now calm down and either play it or dont. but the creator has already implemented a bunch of changes...

*sigh* there is a 17 second gap from telling my mage to use a spell and then being able to preform any other actions.

I give mad props for making a game anything like FFT (one of my favorite games of all time!) With some tweaking this will be a great game - slowness is my biggest issue at this point. Other people's suggestions sound good too.

i agree with NomDeGuerre, having to fight easy monsters over and over again just to get my lockpick skill high enough to open medium chests is very annoying. either have it so you need a better lockpicks to open better chests, or do away with the lockpick skill.

Suggestions to speed up the pace of the game: If you can only do one action, that action should be selected by default. Most turns fall into the move->attack pattern, you shouldn't have to go through so many menus to do this. Make it so you can select the characters direction by click on any part of the screen in that direction - not having to mouse onto a tiny little button every time. Get rid of the extra graphic for EXP, it just takes unnecessary time. The foundation looks like it's in place, but the user interface needs to be streamlined a lot so it goes much faster.

Combat is too slow, Buttons too small, needs hotkeys and mabey use of the arrorw keys instead of the mouse. Can be alot better. Didnt bother fighting after the the first battle. Concept is good but its really just a Crappy version of Final Fanasty Tactics

Best Of Best. this is awsomest game, been watching over all defense ones, and graphic, 7/5 (over scale!) and game it self is 4/5. altho its bit persnal, but game can be fixed. 5/5 indeed.

super bug whenever i save and next day play i shout: "WALAO!!!" because it will never memorize saved memory in this dam stupid game. 2/5

u should change hit-exp so it is proportional to the difficulty of the monster, for instance, anacondas give the same hit-exp as garden snakes, it should be more like 10 exp per hit or a % of the kill.
another thing that would be nice is to get full hp/mp once u lvl up, it would make the game smoother and not so much grindin/inn/grindin/etc

has a lot of potential, but needs some serious changes. Waaay to slow, unnessesary clicking for actions, change direction etc..very frustrating, takes about 6 clicks just for one guys turn. Needs a pass or wait option for characters. and too easy...never any reason to stick around and fight for experience you are strong enough to fight every mission once and keep going. the expense curve for resting is silly. the fighting musisc when you first enter a battle is awesome, reminds me of the conan the barbarian movie.

I'm sitting there thinking "Ok, great! I can finally pick medium chests" and then I get a very hard chest... *sigh* only 35 more chests to pick until I can pick very hard chests... joy.

Yeah, undo button and auto-pickup would be great. What would also improve it would be the ability to see movement and move immediately rather than have to go through the menu first.
Anyone else having the bug where after a battle sometimes the save game/more games buttons don't have text and there seems to be a translucent black rectangle onscreen?

Is the drop rate on treasure really low? I'm all the way to Sandos Dunes, having only ever seen three treasure chests. I just found a medium chest there and I'm going to have to backfarm for chests to build my lockpicking skill high enough to try to open it. Making me buy better lockpicks would make sense. Making me fight easy monsters until they drop twice as many chests as I've seen so far is a waste of time.

Lock Picking: SLOWLY rotate the lockpick in a circular motion. When the lockpick begins to shake, hold that position. EASY.

my game kinda glitches when i reach the point where u start to get medium treasures. Some of the things turn black, like the names of items and the save button and its pretty annoying. Other than that its pretty good.

Ummm if your lockpick breaks you're doing it wrong. I've never had a lock pick lose more than 1/2 its health. Usually don't lose a 1/4.

well isn't that obvious, your comment was amazingly stupid.

I think it's a little strait forward. Like the grandpa says kill the critters in the garden then he says train to lvl 3 then go save the world and im like: wth?

if anyone is having "error graphics, slowed gameplay, and laggy attack animations", saving and refreshing the game should alieviate the problems

I think it's really annoying how you have to go through all of the really slow turns each battle.. although it was pretty fun while it lasted. 2/5

And you should make it so that at the end of the battle, at least 25% of exp. Gained in the whole battle is added to the entire party, Not just the one who killed the monsters.

What the hell...?
My archer attacked a fire scorpion for 14 damage, and it was RED text, and the scorpion didn't lose any health.

The opening of chests with lockpicks that always break before you find this mythical sweetspot is really extremely poorly done. It defeats the very purpose of dropping treasure in an RPG if the character never has access to the same treasure. Carrying around a bunch of loot you can never even find out what it is, let alone use it, is just stupid.
