MALL SETUP / BUILDING COMPATIBILITY. The best advice is go with what makes sense. Clothing/Jewelry/Baby (women's stores) go together - Gadgets/Toys/Music/Books/Tattoos go together - All food items go together. Have one floor entirely of food - have one floor dedicated to gadgets&novelties - have one floor dedicated to misc - hall/grocery or cinema. No store enjoys being next to the rstroom. Try ele/rstroom/ATM/Store (stores love being by atm). My Ground: ele/burger/book/music/tats/ele/rstrm/atm/arcade – 1st Floor: ele/terrace/gadget/toy/sport/ele/restrm/atm/clothes/salon/ele - 2nd Floor: ele/icecream/coffee/steak/sushi/ele/rstrm/atm/candy/liquor/ele – 3rd Floor: ele/jewelry/cake/grocery/ele/rstroom/atm/hall/ele - And, the 4th Floor: was just left over unique buildings. I used this general build throughout my malls & it was fantastic. - Hire TONS of janitors/sec/electricians. Their pay is nothing compared to what you get when customers come & see a clean/safe mall. + If this helps!

HOW TO SAVE YOUR GAME: Yes, this sounds shady- but it works. It was the only way I got through the game. While playing, go to MENU/SAVE. After saving, REFRESH YOUR BROWSER. I know, it sounds scary- but it's the only way to save the game.
Dear Developer: Would love to see more of these games- But for God's sake fix the save button!

A confirm to destroy button would be nice. I have destroyed a lot of buildings by mistake trying to click on people that move so fast..

the popularity doesn't make much sense. In Britain I have no staff and one elevator, and yet have 14% popularity! I am trying to get the loser of the year achievement- hard when the popularity reacts like that.

what the fuk my game every time starts from india and i have completed india 4 to 5 times and its autosaves but everytime i open game it starts from india

Promotion needs to be something you can do while paused. Also, no matter how nice I make my current mall, the popularity will not go up at all. It refuses to leave 0% not sure if that's a bug or a bad program loop.

I am having NaN in two of my four countries. Watching the details, the NaN is in the salaries of the staff (police in one country, janitors in the other). So, basically, I can not play on those countries anymore. I have fired all the staff, and the balance came back to normal (green numbers), but the NaN is still present in the balance of the country.

Good concept, stupid employees, broken features, but worst of all: any game where the path to victory is leaving your computer unattended for the day while the game runs itself is a bad game. Badges be damned.

Popularity was really good, then suddenly dropped to 0%. Happened twice now, it just stops all the gameplay right there. Max storage set too.

Save game doesn't work, this is twice now that I have lost my file when I got my third city, this time I saved multiple times and it still is gone, no autosaves, none of my files worked, when you report save issues fixed, you need to actually test and make sure they are, indeed, fixed as the game is essentially unplayable.

I've lost my save file too many times to play anymore. Fix the save feature please. This game is too much fun to have it be ruined like this.

I'd like an option to zoom out. Or at least add hotkeys to scroll around whilst we are laying out a shop or whatever.

Lost my save file 3 times now. Yeah, this is getting ridiculous....... And yes, I've set storage to unlimited. I'm not playing this again until it's been fixed properly.

No matter how many times I save, my data is always gone when I come back. My local storage is set to max and I manually save every 2 minutes, but it's still always gone.

what can i do to raise the popularity in italy? it drops to zero all the time, have all boths, foodstores, enough staff etc

Switching to a new country has frozen my game multiple times, and I had to start over from scratch. I saved constantly after it happened the first time, but the problem continue to happen. 4th time=gave up.
