I've found several bugs in this game like a robber getting stuck on an elevator, or my security guards eternally 'regaining stamina'

If only I could tell two officer to sit on each end on the ground floors then have one officer on each floor chase the thieves right into the ground floor officers.

My computer shuts off whenever i play games with too much data but this one had to much sooooo im still playing it because its good so far 5/5.

i was playing shop empire 2 when i finished is i looked for another and i found this game it is hard and easy and i was getting robbed so many times that i lost money so heres a tip: always hire lots of guards to the bottom flour because the thiefs have to run away from the police and they need to get to the ground and run. so i rate 4/5 and i fav

I'm not able to play at all, keeps sitting at a gray screen with alot of different icons cycling through in the upper right hand corner

My computer wets itself when i click on this game i have over 200 staff in one mall at the same time about the double ammount of visitors, but atleast my mall is clean now C:

I have 2 security men for 3 stores. And they only patrol infront of the restroom, where they can't get to the burglars fast enough.

justice in this country is too soft. Bandits get away with £10 fines and some have hundreds of offences and keep coming back.

how do you neutralize dude with red bandana?? I have a dozen security guards. It does nothing. Popularity dropped from 45% to 0!

this games awesome need faster speed up and you should get a nightclub aswell that would be cool some more shops eg pizza parlor gym etc

I tried XP and Win7, 3 different browsers (IE. FF and Chrome) and got same results - can't load the game! Please fix this soon, i like the game very much! Thanks!

im using that latest vesion of firefox and it still won't quite loading, and also anytime i place down bodyguards, they always go so far they get off screen and don't come back even if im robbed
