The steering and lightness are there to make drifting easier and more impressive not to make it easier to turn corners in an ordinary way.
The game is called drift runner so driving on ice is the appeal.

@scape53 and 8Psyk08: My long comment about steering and lightness is just for people who have more fun by quickly reaching victory while driving superior cars with better handling. If contrariwise you enjoy slipping and sliding like you're on ice greased up with wet snot, and taking several times longer to reach the same goals gives you some sense of achievement, by all means: HAVE AT IT. And have a nice day :D

Too many achivements for a not so fun game! Physics are bad and challenges sucks....I give a 2on5 for having the word DRIFT in the title sorry

for event five i finishd the race under 1.40 secs and unlockd the next event.. but for some reason i dnt get the star proving i did it...

Upgrades are boring and counterproductive, car either goes full speed or decelerates in no time and spins on spot, there is no real progress or change past first track. Well it takes your keypress and displays car images so i guess it qualifies as driving game nowadays.

Upgrades seem a little counter-productive. After maxing out steering, I'm still sliding all over the course. Don't really see the point in 'lightness' either, as that seems to imply less control, even breaking some of the challenges like 'zero air time'.

It would be nice when going for a goal, to have your status (# of objects destroyed) on screen. That way it's much easier to know when you should restart, or when you should finish those last 2 laps. + if you want the creators to see this (and if you agree).

U can win the last track if u r full upgrade, only need is to brake ^^ drifting r bad wen u r runing for time, brakeing and no drift u easy win the race under 90 seg

200pies: the 5th and 6th tracks are very similar to the 2nd and 3rd respectively, and not just because they have similar terrain. It looks like a lot of the 5th and 6th were copy and pasted straight from the previous tracks. Not so much with the 1st and 4th.

Way to only actually use 3 tracks and just reverse them... and I have a horrible feeling that they have been used before.
