A really cool concept, executed fairly well. I was brought to boredom very quickly though. Some sort of "level up", achievement, goal, etc. situations would make it work better. Like i siad the execution was decent... there not much to tell you how quickly your commands will be responded to, and the scrolling business just sucks. Better off with a skinny screen, or a very short wide one. But like I said, it was enjoyable, and I really like the concept. More graphic deaths would help a lot. If their bodies fell apart where i cut them, while completely aesthetic, it would make it feel more interactive. And of course it would just look much cooler.

I should moderate my raves before. The designer seemed to prefer a clean interface and control schema, but scrolling by moving the mouse to the edge is clumsy and inelegant, and doesn't fit the smooth, fast pace of the game. While it would compromise the strong reductionism of mouse-only control, window control under A-D would have improved the gameplay experience. One thing that I was not clear on, however, was the significance of the thick vs. thin lines during slash attacks. Could Lut or someone else clarify?

Simple, gorgeous, fun. Has definite goals and hits them in spades. One I'll be playing for a while. A longer music loop appreciated, though.

i noticed that the final strategy game is only to get you to the boss and to gain points at the ending (sectors occupied x/82) besides that I don't see a use for them

good but not great; straegy portion is essentially irrelevan and poorly explained, but basic game mechanics are good. 4/5

Nice game, but with mouse controls come problems. With a touchpad, you're screwed. If you have a screwy mouse...ouch. But still, quite a fun game. :D

I like the concept of the game; though I found the difficulty curve too low and framerate to my distaste. The hits are a bit inaccurate and the coup de grace on every last person was kinda cheesy. Overall I enjoyed this game. Well done and very original.

WOOT beat the boss zomg was pretty hard.. you gotta force up into the air and then you slice down to land a hit or.. you just go crazy and slice everything near him

Good game, but I would like to move with the arrow keys. Also would like to see more variety in powerups. (more damage from sword or bow, etc)
Also think if you're standing under a tree that arrows have a better chance of being deflected off of tree branches, unless the archer is right next to you of course. :P

The action part was really fun, but the camera/screen control was really clunky and bothersome. Also, the hexagon game really slowed it down. 3/5

Boring at best, I yawned the whole way through.
If I could give negative points for forced playback of shitty repetitive music, I would.
Game sucks, never recommending it.
