Would be alot better it when you slashed, you see the samurai move relative to how you moved the mouse. Feels kinda cheap that he just dissapears

to defeat the catapult, i had to randomly slash the air till it died. just to get backstabbed by the f***ing last pikeman

As others have said, the unique qualities of this game's design earns it high marks. Developers did a stellar job in capturing the cinematic effect of old samurai films. The only thing missing is the over-the-top blood spray at the end and torsos sliding apart. I loved the game, but I do wish the scrolling animation was a bit faster. Quickly checking the position of archers, or oncoming spear or shield wielders would do a lot to help evaluate the field. An unobtrusive mini map might accomplish the same effect. Still, a new favorite for me.

I loved the idea of drawing the sword slash, and it actually following what you did. I like when games take a step in a new direction, and I think this really paid off. Even just the little things, like the final kill, he is standing so calm. Things like that just make you feel that little bit cooler.

Cool game, but it's completely useless to get more HP from treasure, because if you die you'll restart with 15 hp but your dodge chance. So always use dodge...

when the game said 'strategy mode', i was like FUUUUU, but then when it said that i can enter enemy territory to fight it, YAY!!!!

Epic Awesome game! I love the concept (of the drawing the sword slash), the music, the graphics and the Puzzle in the end! Great job! The only thing I dislike is that samurai is made invisible while attacks. 5/5

beat it even though didn't care too much for the game, but decent leave out strategy in next one though and i'll play more.

I really liked this game. The mouse-drawing is cool. But, even though you incorporated a lot of elements like strategy and stuff, it's really easy and too simplistic. If you are planning on a sequel, my suggestion would be to make the character controllable by keyboard and have basic attacks (also the bow could be more useful. I only used it 6 times in this game) - and then you could have special attacks with a cooldown. By special attacks I mean make the mouse drawing a special move because as it is, it is too powerful.
Other than that 5/5 game :) I really hope there will be a sequel!

I LOVE THIS GAME 5/5 but on final boss i got glitched in the corner and if i made a line he would slash then the guys head would come off then it came back on this went on for 20minutes or so until i finally fixed it.

Definitely glitchy (random "you died" screens, I even once saw 2 of my hat fly out of nowhere) but it's still quite awesomeness. Good job. You have made me feel like a BAMF. Thank you.

I would like to be able to scroll whilst slashing. I gets kind of annoying slashing towards the edge of the screen while there are enemies you can't see lurking and waiting to kill you.

wow this is the greatest war tactic ever
you, a simple villager with a samurai sword shoould kill thousands of people while the troops of the king wait until all is done and knock on the front door wich you open from the behind because you climbed up a 1000 ft high stone wall

Am i the only one that loves when you stand with your back to a stabber coming to you thinking he is so smart stabbing you in the back while you are standing drawing his death. :]
