I really like this type of game and I think momoguru did a great job, but there's some things I like to see: 1) Better quests. Right now quests don't seem worth the effort because traveling is so slow and boring. 2) Faster travel options such as the ability to jump straight to a system that you've cleared. This would help with #1. 3) Better ship diversity and/or spread out more. I skipped straight from the 3rd ship to the carrier because there was no incentive to use a battleship for example. 4) Fleets? To give more reason to have different ships and just because it would be cool, what if you could make fleets of ships?
yes, jobs will be redone soon, not sure about any more speed other than maybe a new afterburner. i'll be adding tons of content once i get these last couple things polishing up right. ships, new items, new weapon types, station services, and a sweet endgame map.

I am amazed at how quickly the developer rolls out updates. The auto targeting feature is brilliant. All around an awesome game. I will be playing this for quite a long time. Killer soundtrack too!

If you ask me to describe the game in one word it would be amazing. The whole thing is well thought out. Everything is great, there is detail in everything, even in little things where as others wouldn't have cared, i'm truly impressed and hope you continue this great work :)

Would it be possible to add the number next to the name on the map. Sometimes I forget which direction to go and then I've got to go look - and its kinda wasted non-value added time. That said, when the mac port is ready, and the price is fair - I'll buy.

I'm truly impressed, well done. Only problem I've had so far is.. I already killed off all the pirates here yesterday was doing the mine 10 asteroids and to day says i need to destroy all pirate officers which I have already done. Over all the look is very appealing, game play smooth, I'm well looking forward to see what you come up with next :). Cheers mate :)
there is a whole thread on the kong forums about saved games in the browser, lots of info there. hopefully it gets you saving again. it is a browser setting

What happens to your old ship when you buy a new one? Some ships seem to be built either for mining or fighting, it would be nice if you could trade between them as needed (you did pay for them both). Also when buying a new ship it would be great to see how it compares to your current stats. Great game though!

Really having fun, as others have said it brings to mind Eve less the dumb parts :) Hey as an idea to improve (and address FAQ?) the jobs, you could make each clickable to a small panel than expanded on the sentence... "go get X and bring it to Y and they'll pay you Z"... it might even be a way to start in on the *story* I know you're gonna incorporate soon enough. Otherwise keep having fun providing us this great experience, thanks!

now all we need is some sort of long-range high damage, ghastley reload
anti-ship missile ( maybe multi-warhead for the expensive version?) and some form of CIWS ( Close In Weapons System, used to shoot down missiles)

I seem to have a bug where after finishing the tutorial my mission is "mine 10 asteroids" - it suddenly changed to "Kill All Pirate Captains", but none are in system.

I think I found a bug in build 16: I went to the bottom of the list of asteroids, and the last 3 are Gradeon: 674 km, Gradeon: 700 km, and Adamyte: 591 km. All the others are in the right order.

But before any confusion happens with that last comment , i have 149 hp hull points but my max is 150 and it won't let me repair.

Found a very minor bug-I am flying a ship with 150 hull points and i finished fighting the 2nd commander. after he ( more like his minions ) finally busted though my shield they did a few points of damage then i finished them off. when i went to repair it only let me go up to 149 hull points. i can't seem to repair the final point and i don't want to to wind up stacking so that i have 5 hull points max

is there a reason i cant install more than one of each type of upgrade? I think it would be cooler if each ship had less component upgrade slots but i could customize what i did with it, ie. 3 cargo bays and 2 energy generators vs having exactly 1 of each component

Just a question, could you get more than one cargo upgrade? it would make a bulky ship irl, but maybe put an exponential penalty for more than one? just so i can mass harvest asteroids over time

I enjoy this game more and more each time I play it. Not only do I notice little details and effects that I hadn't noticed before, but the game itself is growing and maturing into a truly great game. Hats off to you Momoguru, this is an exceptional piece of work.

When fuel runs out you keep moving like normal without any indication that it is out except the actual fuel meter/bar.

After the new update, there seems to be no new officers on lvl 11+ and where can i access galaxy editor? do you mean shutting off the respawn is turning off tutorial?

I favorited this game back on Build 13. It has been so exciting, and IMPRESSIVE seeing Momoguru respond to our input and constantly improve the game. Kudos! Best thing I have seen hit Kong in a long time.

Build 18 bug: I upgraded my fuel tank and exited the station only to find that the fuel was only at the max of the last tank. So I reentered the station and took care of the problem.

Homeworld style view, Awesome balance on mining and trading and fighting, awesome graphics, a bit repetitive sounds (but OK all get that way), and quite a few upgrades. A bit of a learning curve but with all the content that is passable. I can't belive you created this game on your own Kudos and KEEP IT UP! 5/5 Thank you for an enjoyable version of my favorite type of game

so, how exacly can I complete the achievements if I beat every officer before? without jumping from each system to refresh the enemies, i got 230 enemies killed. looks like it's a nice idea to 'save' the officer 1 and/or 2 to get this one

Great game! Only problem I have is that to make a profit off trade goods the one you sell to has to be able to sell them.

The only thing that would make this game better is to be able to be a pirate and actually have a fleet of ships. Of course you would have to buy upgrades to have more ships in your fleet.

its either because im in a low lvl system or shipyard still dosnt work i keep checking for new ships in every new system and only scout shows up idk if this is me or not so just thought id throw it out here

also i see weapon icons instead of modules in the ship overview in open sapce and tehre is no srolling through module inventory.

i like this game very much, kill all officers already,one thing i dont like it was too easy when you can come back to station and recharge your shields for free in 0 sec. i suggest add basic shield regeneration for ships and no recharge at station

This is really a wonderful game. Space mining is one of my favorite concepts, and you made this game genre even better. 5/5.
