1/5.... why? 4 reasons
1) too difficult
2) The broken controls
3) The collison detection - its piss poor, (putting it nicely!) seriously u could hit the ball WELL over a guy and he'll STILL catch it (as Cinders101 said)
4) The fact that you almost never seem to hit a home run!

WTF WAS THAT!
i hit the ball in any mode for a home run, and the it sails over a guy, who jumps, and it says he caught it... IT WAS FREAKING 500 FEET IN THE AIR!

i hit it in middle of the sign for every get the score of _____ points and a guy caught it
i got a home run and it said i failed on the get back to back ones

I think this game is cool. Just like hitting in the batting cage, hit under the ball and make contact with the fat part of the bat. I don't understand why people that suck at the game give this such low ratings. 4/5

Great game guys but too hard i cant get past task 3!!!!! too hard if it wasnt this hard id give it 5/5 but i give it now 2/5 =[ sorry

good game, gave it 4-stars. Then reached level 9, saw I needed to change websites to continue, lowered the score to 3-stars.

Pinch Hitter reminded me of The Sandlot. This reminds me of Bad News Bears. Strange. Anyway, the game is average but the graphics are above average for a Flash game.

Could do with an easier restart loop for the more annoying levels - especially as I keep clicking the words in menus when only the balls/buttons work

and for GOD SAKE! make the Text 'live" as a button. nothing pisses me off more than clicking CONTINUE only to have to move over and click the damn baseball!

For all who are frustrated with the 'no strikes, no outs' levels...they are incredibly easy. All you have to do is stand as close to the plate as possible so you always hit the ball with the skinny part of the bat. You pretty much never hit a ground ball out of the infield. Even if the ground ball is caught...it's still not an out. This is why it's level 2
